Terence and Ethan moved to a different place, wanting to talk in private about business for a second. 

"Now we are officially family." Lucas sat on the couch with Syuzia. 

"Can I live with Daddy then?" Syuzia asked with expectations. 

"Yeah, I will show you around when the time comes. Alright, wait here for a second, I will be back from the restroom." Lucas got off the couch. 

Reaching the restroom, Lucas checked for anyone's presence. Finding the course clear, he opened up the system interference. 

[Yes/No]

Lucas chose YES with no hesitation. 

A soothing energy spread through his body, it traveled through every part, giving out a warm feeling. 

Crack~

"Kuh!" Feeling the sudden pain in the middle of the soothing feeling, Lucas was caught off guard.

'Sadistic piece of shit!' Even Lucas had no idea what he was cursing at, it was just for the sake of taking out his anger. 

Crackle~

Lucas crouched down, bearing the pain with all his willpower. He was a mature person, he knew how to withstand pain. 

After dozens of seconds, the pain subsided alongside Lucas's rough breathing. 

'It's over at last.' Lucas got up and looked at himself, only to have his brain blown away in wonder. 

He looked immensely handsome, no, more like he was practically shining!

Perfect body...from his posture to his skin, everything appeared new and enhanced. 

'With this, it wouldn't be a problem even if I asked for a one-night stand with a famous idol. Hmm, it should be possible as long as she wasn't a female lead.' Lucas smiled brightly. 

Feeling someone coming toward the restroom, Lucas made his way back to the hall. On the way, he could feel even more gazes heading toward him than before. Because of the increase in charm stat, he appeared extremely handsome. 

Looks were also a weapon in human history. People would of course give a different treatment to people with exceptional looks. 

Lucas felt it was worth withstanding the pain a while back.

'Still, I have tons of villain points now. What should I buy? I will need some special skills if I want to take first place in the anti-clock academy, but there are still around two weeks. I might as well concentrate on becoming famous, not in a bad way of course.' Lucas contemplated while walking. 

Sitting beside Syuzia, who smiled more compared to the past, Lucas began talking with her to pass the time. There were many things he was curious about, he didn't hold back from asking. 

"Do you want to go to school?" Lucas questioned.

"What is that?" Syuzia asked back. 

"It's a place where you learn knowledge about the world. Well, it wouldn't be very helpful in increasing your strength though. Let me help you with that aspect." Lucas answered while smiling. 

"You will teach me?" Syuzia's eyes shined. 

"Yes. Ah, so do you want to try going to school?"

"Alright!" 

Lucas's eyes shone, 'She is still the female lead, so she should attract some protagonists. I can use her as bait and...'. 

Lucas opened his mouth: "I will teach you how to become a scumbag. I am sure it will be fun and let you pass the time." He smiled evilly. 

Syuzia didn't quite understand what a scumbag was, but she remembered that Lucas said that he wanted to woo many women, hence becoming a scumbag. 

"I will try my best," Syuzia answered back seriously. 

Lucas nodded in satisfaction, 'Strictly speaking, I don't consider myself a scumbag in the slightest. More than that, I like being a villain, isn't it normal to have a harem?'

Terence came back after a while, Lucas wanted to go back quickly but waited because his father said he wanted to talk about something. 

"You both sit in my car, I want to talk to my son about something." Terence sent Syuzia and his secretary into his car. 

Lucas reassured Syuzia with his eyes. She and the secretary collected her belongings and headed to the car.

After they got on, the Rolls-Royce Lucas rode on arrived in a few seconds too. 

Sitting beside each other, both the father and son duo made blank faces. The car headed off to their house.

"...You look better than before, Was adopting her that joyful for you?" Terence broke the silence.

"Yeah. So, what did Father want to talk about?" Lucas asked looking out of the window. 

"It is about your sister, Grace. I wanted to make you the owner of our family business for a long time, do you know the reason behind it?" Terence looked at Lucas. 

For some reason, Lucas could already tell where this was going. 

'Well, it doesn't make a difference to me.' Thinking like this, Lucas said: "Because Grace is not my blood-related sister."

"That's right, she....huh? You knew?" Terence's eyes widened. 

"No, It's just a conjecture I thought when you asked the question." Lucas shook his head.

Lucas was not much interested in Grace's backstory, so he just skipped that part, "But why is her hair the same as ours?" 

"...It's artificial. Hear me closely, Grace is a child of your mother's friend, to whom my wife promised that she would take care of her daughter. Her friend died because of a disease not long after giving birth." Terence had decided to bring up this subject, finding out that Lucas had reawakened.

Lucas didn't want an explanation, but his father still carried on anyway. 

Thinking back on his memory, Lucas didn't find any moment where Terence treated Grace in a bad way. Whilst, there was no situation where he treated her with love either. 

"Is Grace aware of it?" Lucas asked with a serious expression.

"No."

With that answer, Lucas immediately understood how the original story went. 

Grace must have sought after Terence's acknowledgment, but never got it. This might be one of the reasons she joins the protagonist's camp. 

"Father, can you acknowledge Grace's effort and talent from now on? It doesn't matter even if you are acting, just give her some words of encouragement and acknowledgment." Lucas gave his father instructions immediately. 

Terence nodded his head and thought to do it after reaching home. He had already taken a leave from work today, so it didn't matter if he extended the leave. Not like anyone could stop him, it was his own business. 

'If Grace's mind is stabilized, I would have a longer time to win her over. I have a card that can break the sibling relationship now too, it would be a piece of cake compared to before.' Lucas rejoiced. 

Looking out the window, in no time Lucas saw that his house was in sight. Before the entrance, a car with an unknown logo waited for his arrival. 

'Which brand was it again? Ah, Jackserlt, it is a new famous car brand created after the appearance of the Gate.' Lucas dug up his memory while getting out of the car. 

Besides the Jackserlt, Syuzia, and Irene waited for them.
