Getting the manager's permission didn't even take a half minute for Lucas, hence they left without a hitch. 

Seeing the outside after a long time, Katlyn looked out of the luxurious sedan car Lucas booked. 

'Would I have been part of such a normal life too, if I hadn't tried to stand up for that bullied classmate?' Katlyn's heart fell thinking of this matter. 

Katlyn shook her head while sighing. 

There was nothing she could do about things that had already happened. 

At that moment, Katlyn saw a hand extending towards her. Turning to her side, she could see Lucas offering his hand to her. Her face froze in confusion.

"Just hold it. Your frowning face keeps bothering me." Lucas revealed an unappreciating look towards Katlyn. 

"What do you mean..." 

"Look at it yourself." Lucas took a picture of Katlyn on mobile and showed it to her.
