Sweet Kids

"Sister Bella. Am I doing it right?" asked Nell, a young girl with freckles all over her face. She had made a small poster informing everyone about the cupcakes they were selling. But she was new to writing. So she was not sure.

The words were scribbled. It was hardly written and it looked all over the place. But when Bella looked at the worried face of the girl, she nodded.

"Of course, it is the best one could expect. Suzie, Tom. Would you help her in tying it?" The kids were quick on their feet. They have already arranged a few wooden boxes to make a temporary stall and decorated it with a cozy blanket they have brought together. The kids arranged the advertisement too. Bella told herself that villagers would not be that literate to care for the fallen words.
