It had been fifteen days since Nadia had taken Bella to her palace. Bella refused to stay for night. So, she had to shuffle from the Caffer house to the palace.

Though it could be tiring to travel half a day for any human. Bella only used teleportation. But it still confused everyone in the Caffer house.

They did not understand why Bella was chosen. And though the kids were happy for her, Christina was worried and so was Carl.

The palace was a place they rever but they were afraid too. Bella was too sensitive, easy to be fooled and her trust could be misused. Though they had blind faith when it came to the baroness. They did not trust other nobles that frequent the palace.

They never leave a chance to instruct her to be silent when she visits the palace or do not offend anyone there. Bella could only smile and nod.
