It has been 4 years since the greyjoy rebellion and measter luwin in all his days has seen many things from his time in the citadel to his years of servitude to house stark everything he has seen has an explanation except from Young Jon snow

even his name doesn't has an explanation because all bastard born to a lord has an origin from the mother sides even the most horrible of lord's has an explanation to the bastard they sire and everyone know lord stark and is honor.

so imagine when the most honorable man in westros came home after the war with a child claiming him to be his bastard.

the hall room was crowded with the nobility of the north for a meeting concerning the issues of the north and that issues is mostly food the north is a land that mush doesn't grow hence the importation of food from the reach which is very expensive and second quality and it isn't enough for the population of the north especially when winter comes this results in death and famine

luwin was rushing to hall after gathering his books and parchment for the meeting when young snow was running straight to him with parchment on his hands

luwin"what's the matter Jon"

Jon"measter I want you to take me to the meeting I have something I want to present that can help the north"

now when luwin heard this he instantly shun that idea why because no matter how talented he is he is still a bastard and those proud lord will not hear the suggestion of a bastard

and at that moment lord mandarly was coming with a plate of lemon cake in his hands when he stumbled upon luwin and Jon

Jon and luwin gave greetings"my lord"

Jon"I want to come to the meeting I have some ideas that can help the north "

Jon"well my lord I know the major problem of the lord is it inability to feed the people so I have been researching plants can feed the people and can grow no matter what kind of place it is planted on and also a solution to the problem of ground because it's very hard the farmers can't till the soil"

now after Jon spoke luwin and mandarly were interested because of the confidence Jon was speaking

before luwin could ask more on what Jon is saying mandarly spoke ok then young one let's go

and that's was how Jon was led to the meeting of lord's and ladies of the north with Thier heir

after agreeing with Jon they all went to the hall and was met with a scene of lord glover and umber throwing curses at each order with all the lord's nursing Thier head the calm lord's like Bolton and lord stark was just watching

that was when lord stark notice lord mandarly and luwin with Jon he instantly called for order in the hall

Ned "alright all of SIT DOWN umber and glover go back to your sit"

he turn to lord mandarly and ask what is going on bringing everyone attention to them before lady stark can speak lord mandarly spoke

"my lord young Jon snow here has some interesting things to say and I am quite interested in them for they hold solution to our problem so as to speak" every one look at mandarly like he was crazy but couldn't say so why because he was the richest lord in the north so he's words have weight but the more brazing lord asked

glover"what do you mean solution what kind of solution are playing with our intelligence"

before lord stark can say anything mandarly spoke"we have been sitting here arguing and throwing curses at each other with out bringing any solution to our problem I for one want to hear something different from what we have been hearing"

Jon took a deep breath and spoke" my lord's you have all gather here to discuss about the well being of the north I have been doing research on what the north needs the most and I have come with two solution that can help with our problem"

as Jon was speaking he began to gather attention mush to the pain of lady stark

lord mandarly spoke"go on what are this solutions" lord umber also spoke"yes I want to know and if you are wasting our time you will be punished "

Jon spoke"my lords our major problem is food and the ones we import are second hand and are not alot plus they cost a lot"

Jon spoke"it is easy to figure out we are the biggest of the whole westros and our land is not very well use for farming that leaves us with importation and we are still having issues so it easy to figure out"
