Chapter-13

The trio continued their quest and gathered at the Amber mansion.

"Before moving to the night tribe, we have one more possibility to confirm," Nirav said, looking at Adhyant.

"You mean?" Adhyant had a look of relief and admiration in his eyes.

"Yes!! the possibility of disappearing on her own."

"But why??"

"Bhavin... I am just stating a possibility;

What if... she had a lover?? I mean... at that time, the fox realm was as powerful as the heaven tribe and they had no grudge against the flower tribe. He was also a handsome well-known gentleman. Why did she reject him in the first place ?"

" Maybe he was not her ideal man and the pressure from other realms irritated her. And she was the queen of a realm... she must have had high self-esteem." Adhyant reasoned.

"Nirav, she didn't have a lover. I am sure. I... I was one of her close friends. I never knew such a man and, she was not such a complex person to hide a relationship and to go to such an extent." Bhavin testified.

"With this, we conclude that she didn't have a lover but wanted to avoid this marriage," Nirav stated.

"If she had to avoid them, where would she hide?"

"A place where no godly realms pay attention," Adhyant answered in a dusky voice.

"The human realm..." The three resonated with the conclusion.

The side alleys were far worse than she had imagined. They were filled with thin children dressed in rags, looking pitiful. She decided to pause her journey for a while.

"Nilay, let's help them," she suggested.

'Lord, you truly resemble your mother,' Nilay thought and smiled.
