Abandon

"Not that close, Sofia." Heinrich reminded her when she couldn't pull her eyes away from his eyes.

The Princess quickly stood up, flustered by her actions. She cursed herself for being like this. She didn't even know why she was being like this!

"Just enough so my hand can reach you," Heinrich clarified.

Killian hated what he was witnessing. He couldn't understand why any of this was even necessary. And why just for the Princess? Wasn't everyone else a part of this mansion too?

The Princess lowered herself again. This time, she kept herself to a limit. Heinrich reached out for her forehead, which was covered with layers of clothes. He pulled those away and pressed his hands to her forehead.

"I knew it," He said as he retreated his hand. "Are you not doing your job properly, Killian?" He asked.

Killian raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me?"

"Sofia has a fever." Heinrich said, "Should you not know this before me?"
