In a post-apocalyptic world, Princess Sofia fancies a commoner on the streets and follows him to the Mountains of Death from where she ends up in a 17th-century mansion, where the commoner - Heinrich - is the owner of the mansion and the Princess is forced to work for him.

“What do you want from me?” The Princess asked frustratingly. 

“You must think you are the main character or something.” The man chuckled, “Sofia, I want nothing from you. You followed me. I did not abduct you.” 

“I made a mistake. I request you to send me back.” 

“I cannot,” The man replied. “It is not under my command. It comes and goes.”

“What does that mean?” 

“That means you are stuck here. Probably for life.”

Heinrich completely ignored her, slipped the keys to the room into the little pocket of his coat, and tried to walk away from the crime scene. The Princess quickly grabbed his arm, trying to reach out for his pocket with her other hand. 

Heinrich immediately grabbed her hand and pulled her toward himself, then pushed her to the wall, holding both her hands to it. He frowned at her with all the rage he had in his body. But it didn’t hide the lingering sorrow in his eyes. They could tear up any moment now. 

The Princess didn’t know if she wanted to feel sad for him or resent him. He was a confusing man. 

“L-Let me go…” The Princess sheepishly demanded. 

“Why?” Heinrich asked with anger. “Who told you to meddle in my affairs?”

Eternal Castle

Heinrich went to the Hoover family quarters to have a conversation with them. He brought up Nikolaus' death and apologized for his impulsive actions. However, the Hoover family was too terrified to shun him. They knelt in front of him and asked for forgiveness.

The matter died down effortlessly, and Heinrich could move on to other issues. He went to see the families and friends of the deceased. Since he had forgiven the rest of the Hoover family for Nikolaus' revolt, he was obliged to apologize to the families of the dead.

The families of the deceased were also too terrified to shun Heinrich. In this way, he finished clarifying the situation before he knew it. When he finished everything, he went back to his room. He saw the Princess standing outside the door of his room.

"Sofia?" Heinrich walked toward her.

The Princess looked back to see him, "Oh!" She looked surprised.
