We looked around for a place that my parents could stay, and we spotted a cozy teahouse, deciding that it was perfect for my parents to relax.

Inside, exotic music played as we found a table by the window. My parents sank into their seats, glad for a break. We ordered some tea and snacks.

After a satisfying meal, we said goodbye to my parents, leaving them to do their sightseeing on their own and we set off for the mountains.

As we began our hike up the mountain, the sun played hide-and-seek behind the clouds, casting shimmering shadows on the glistening and winding mountain road.

It was supposed to be a sunny place, but it clearly rained not too long ago. The air was crisp and clean, invigorating us as we ascended higher and higher.

Veronica, Oliv, and I chatted as we walked, the occasional chirp of a bird or rustle of leaves being the only interruption to our conversation.
