At that moment, Elizabeth's heart trembled, and panic flashed across her eyes.
There was a feeling of being caught.
But she calmed down quickly, pursed her pale pink lips, and said without hiding it. "Didn't you see it all?"
Her candid attitude made the inquiry in Max's eyes fade a bit.
He came over and stared at the empty bowl in her hand.
"I asked the kitchen to make the tea for you so hard, and you just poured it all out without drinking it?"
Elizabeth glanced at him.
"I told you I wouldn't drink it."
After finishing speaking, she went out with an empty bowl.
Max chased her out with a clear voice. "Did you get caught in the rain on purpose last night?"
Hearing this, Elizabeth paused and shook her head in denial.
"No. How could I do such a thing?"
However, Max still stared at her suspiciously. "Really? Then why did you refuse to go to the hospital and refuse to take the tea?"
