The data she got had indeed changed, which showed her feeling was right.

Elizabeth answered, and didn't say anything more, just took the data back, folded it up and put it away.

After finishing it, she remembered something and said to Max, "Actually, I feel that grandma is afraid of having the operation. In the afternoon, you shouldn't tell her that the operation will be brought forward."

Hearing this, Max was startled.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

He looked over at her, saw the extremely serious expression on her face, and suddenly realized that what she said in the nursing home before was true.

She said that she didn't care about grandma because of him.

She really meant it.

She really regarded Grandma Hart as her own grandma.

Thinking of this, Max pouted, "Okay, I understand. I will comfort her later."

Because of bringing up the issue of grandma, there was a rare peace between the two.
