Edwin had a meeting for the entire morning. After the meeting, he looked at his watch. It was time for lunch.

"Melanie, why are you here?"

Melanie smiled sweetly and pretended to say casually, "I had an appointment with a friend nearby. Unfortunately, my friend is busy now and can't come.

"I was thinking that I haven't seen you for a long time, so I came to see you."
