"I'm fine. What is wrong with me?" Ormand chuckled.
Viola didn't believe Ormand because she knew him well after so many years.
This scene happened three days in a row. It is weird. Viola thought.
"Give me the bowl. I want to eat by myself," Viola said when stretching out her hand to Ormand.
Ormand handed the bowl to Viola and said gently, "Be careful, don't get scalded."
Viola nodded.
She took the bowl and put it on the nightstand. Then, Viola grabbed Ormand by the hand, rolled up his sleeve, and checked his wrist.
"Viola!"
It was too late for Ormand to retract his hand because Viola had seen his wound.
Viola stared at Ormand with both shock and anger. "How did you get hurt like this? Who beat you? I won't beat you like this even if you make a blunder."
Ormand lowered his head to dodge the gaze from Viola and tightened his sleeve guiltily.
