"You didn't do anything?" Esmond chuckled, "If it weren't you, then tell me, who else could it be besides you?"
"Melinda."
Esmond couldn't help sneering after hearing that, "Melinda? Melinda grew up with my mother, how could it be her?"
"Believe it or not. You'll know when I find the evidence," Helle knew that Melinda's persona couldn't be easily exposed, and she didn't want to argue with Esmond any further.
"So, what are you trying to do? Find evidence to prove that you're innocent?"
Seeing that they were about to quarrel, Ramses coughed lightly and shut them up.
"Stop talking about it. It wasn't Helle."
Esmond didn't expect Ramses to speak for Helle, but he forced himself to calm down after hearing that.
"Okay, since you believe her, I'll see what this woman is capable of finding her so-called evidence."
Esmond snorted coldly and then left.
