Chapter 41 It's Expected

The sports car in the rearview mirror was following her all the way. Samara raised her eyebrows and did not care.

After her car drove into the parking lot, the sports car finally disappeared.

Samara stopped the car and returned to the apartment in the elevator on the basement floor.

A lot happened today. After Samara washed up, she went to sleep.

When the alarm clock rang, Samara just woke up.

It was early in the morning in Chicago in February. At seven o'clock, it was still dark.

Samara looked away and got out of bed to wash up.

She had a meeting early this morning. As soon as Samara arrived at the office, Jimena knocked on the door and came in. "Ms. Novak."

Samara looked up at her and raised her eyebrows slightly. "What's wrong?"

"Mr. Silva didn't sign the contract."

It was expected.

Samara raised her eyebrows. "Have you found out about Triston?"
