Samara turned around and saw Roland standing only half a step behind her with the umbrella.
She was stunned for a moment and couldn't react. "Didn't you leave?"
Roland held the umbrella in one hand and held a cigarette in the other.
The smile on his face was faint, and his amorous eyes were hazy, so Samara couldn't see his emotions clearly.
Roland took another drag on his cigarette. "I wanted to make a bet."
Samara calmed down and looked at him with a smile. "Did you win the bet?"
"I should ask you this question."
Samara lowered her head and looked at the button in the jewelry box in her hand. She suddenly laughed out loud and said, "Roland, has anyone ever said that you are stupid?"
She had never seen a man more stupid than Roland in her life.
"Wait!"
Roland interrupted her and put the umbrella in her palm. "Wait for me."
