Chapter 15 You Will Regret What You Just Said

A group of onlookers gradually gathered around here and watched this scene with amusement.

Jade sneered and looked at Fatt's face. "Mr. Vance, do you have to have evidence? How can you scold others without knowing the truth? Is this how a teacher should behave?"

"That's right! Mr. Vance, did you see it with your own eyes? What evidence do you have? Why did you say that?" Lexie said loudly!

Fatt glared at Lexie and Jade. "You two..."

"As a student, not only is her personal life chaotic, but she also disrespects her teachers. Mr. Vance, look at Jade. Eyring Academy values its reputation the most. We can't let this kind of person ruin our school's reputation!"

Layla walked out of the crowd while speaking. She continued, "This kind of person, who has bad conduct, must be expelled!"

"This student is right. Eyring Academy will never let students with bad conduct ruin our school's reputation! I will go to the principal and ask to expel Jade!"

Fatt raised his head with a righteous look on his face.

"You..." Lexie was about to step forward to keep arguing, but she was stopped by Jade.

"Mr. Vance! Don't you need to investigate first? You will regret what you just said." Jade looked at Fatt with her bright eyes.

Fatt felt a little guilty when he saw that Jade was afraid of nothing. He wondered if he really misunderstood Jade. However, Fatt didn't want to be embarrassed in front of so many students. Fatt thought, Jade is just an orphan. Even if I really wronged her, so what?

"There's no need to investigate! As for the evidence. Are you saying that the photo of you with a group of hooligans on the school forum is fake? Or do you want to say that the photo is artificial?" Fatt sneered.

"The photo is real, and the person in the photo is indeed me. But I don't know those people at all!"

After saying that, Jade looked at Layla with a sharp gaze. "At that time, some people came to me and said they would teach me a lesson!"

A flash of panic flashed through Layla's eyes. She wondered, does Jade know it was me?

After glancing at Krista, Layla immediately had the courage again. Then, she said to Jade in a mocking tone, "Why are you looking at me? Do you want to say that I was the one who ordered those people to teach you a lesson?"

Jade sneered, "What? I haven't said anything yet. You can't wait to admit it?"

The onlookers also turned their eyes and looked at Layla.

When Layla saw that everyone was looking at her, her face changed. But soon, she regained her calmness and immediately said to Jade, "What do you mean by that? Jade, stop slandering me! You're a person with bad conduct. Don't drag others down! There's no enmity between us. Why should I harm you?"

Jade said, "I am also very curious. There's clearly no enmity between us. Why do you want to harm me?"

Layla looked at Fatt. "Mr. Vance, I didn't. Jade is slandering me!"

"So, you don't want to admit it, right?" Jade stared at Layla with her sharp eyes.

Then, the corners of Jade's lips curled up into a cold smile. She took out her phone and turned on the recording function.

Then, a man's voice sounded, "That girl is around eighteen or nineteen years old. She is wearing the school uniform of Eyring Academy. By the way, there is a mole at the corner of her eye. She found me and gave me a stack of money. Then, she showed me your photo and told me to wait for you at the entrance of this alley. She told me to teach you a good lesson. She also said that she would give me another sum of money after the deed was done."
