Oliver left.
Cynthia and Albert returned to the room.
Cynthia was sitting on the sofa, stroking her belly.
"It turned out to be just an illusion,’’ she said calmly.
Albert sat down beside her, took her into his arms, and looked down at her.
"It’s okay, we will have children,’’ he said with a charming voice.
Cynthia stared at him.
"You don’t seem to care much about not having children. You don’t like children?" She asked.
"Of course not, I naturally like you and will like my child,’’ Albert said and smiled evilly.
"It’s just that we haven’t spent much time together yet. If we don’t have children, we can live in a world of our own first,’’ he added.
Albert looked at the woman in his arms with fiery eyes.:
"I want to make up for all the time I lost before,’’ he said.
As he spoke, he leaned over.
Cynthia put her hands on his chest, and looked at him.
