Jade smiled immediately, nodded to express his understanding as she remembered the conversation between the two when they were inside. She said, "It turns out you don't have enough money. But the rent in the industrial park is not cheap either."
The man said again, "It's not like we don't know how to bargain. You just ruined our chance!"
"Bargain? Do you think this kind of office building will allow you to bargain?" Jade responded calmly.
