Jade smiled and nodded. "Well, good."
Lexie turned around and walked out. Valentino had already walked over, his eyes fixed on Jade.
As they passed each other, Valentino moved his lips as if he were about to call out to Jade.
Quickly, Jade took a step ahead and preemptively called out, "Cousin!"
Valentino frowned slightly but remained silent.
Alfred, who was behind Valentino, was taken aback when he heard the word cousin. It seemed that this lady had many tricks up her sleeve.
Jade smiled sweetly and ran over to Valentino. She deliberately raised her voice and said, "Cousin, why are you here? Didn't I say you don't need to see me off! You are so busy, how embarrassing you are!"
Valentino's piercing eyes continued to bore into her, his thin lips pursed tight. He remained silent, but Jade could sense his displeasure simmering beneath the surface.
