Hearing the man's response, Lilly took several steps back, her eyes fixed on him as she asked, "Was it bitch Jade who sent you here?"
The man snorted dismissively and replied, "Who's Jade?"
Another man interjected, "Enough with the chitchat. Madam gave the order to eliminate this woman directly."
With those words, the man aimed his cold gun at Lilly, sending a chill down her spine. In a state of panic, she quickly retreated and sought refuge in her car. However, the man pulled the trigger before she could escape, firing a shot.
At that critical moment, another group of men in black appeared, and their leader swiftly shot, intercepting the bullet fired by the previous assailant.
Fortunately, Lilly narrowly avoided being hit. Momentarily stunned, she quickly regained her composure, scrambled into the car, started the engine, and sped away. Behind her, a convoy of seven or eight cars pursued relentlessly, prompting Lilly to glance back anxiously.
