"You have freedom, too." Gomez whispers. "You're a recruit-- soon to be a fighter. You'll have unlimited access to come and go as you please. Kurt will never question your whereabouts." "If we work together, we could figure out what Kurt is planning." Claire reveals, seemingly on tenterhooks.

After an hour of hesitation, she finally comes to her point. Claire wants my help. She needs my services, to bring down Kurt.

"Why should I help you?" I reply simply, trying not to sound rude. "Give me a valid reason."
