' countdown of the decade '

I opened my eyes to be met with a face I didn't recognize, I scanned it before I fell out of bed, "I told you, Micheal. You cannot escape me" The figure explained, I gasped, scurrying backwards, "I wouldn't do that Micheal, I have something you might want." He told me, I hesitated, before not wanting to listen to his words. I jumped up, starting to run down the stairs before I heard someone scream, someone I had heard scream before, someone I didn't want to hear scream. "MIKE! HELP!" I paused, I didn't want to go back, but why would I save myself over him? I turned around scurrying back to Will. He was being held up by this Vecna guy, struggling to get out of his grasp. "Let him go." I choked up. Vecna dropped Will to the floor, Will grabbed at his neck, coughing and gasping for air.

I tumbled to the ground, grabbing Will and holding him close. Vecna stared down at us, "Help me, help me destroy Eleven." He barked, his voice raspy and loud enough to hear. I shook my head. "No… No, no, you killed Max! You killed her!" I shouted, helping Will to his feet. "Killed her?" He asked, going to step forward before I turned, picking Will up bridal-style and sprinting down the steps. "What's a good memory?" I asked myself aloud, Will gasped, he was breathing heavily, "What if you wanna join another party?" He said aloud, his voice giving out, I thought back, remembering hugging Will close and wrapping my hands around his waist. I remember Will putting his DnD things in the donation box. Closing my eyes and thinking hard before opening my eyes once again.

Will was holding close onto my shirt with his eyes shut tightly. I sighed, looking around the empty Byers house, the box was on the floor of the dining room. The box had just been filled with things Will had just set in them. Will tapped my neck, silently asking me to put him down, I obligated, setting him down as he rubbed his neck. "How do we get out of here?" He asked, whispering in a low voice. I rubbed his back, thinking. "I-I don't know," I confessed. He sighed, standing up completely and looking around. "Wow." He sighed, turning around and walking toward his old room, I aimlessly followed. He opened the door and touched the door lightly, gliding his fingers across the wood.

I remember staying the night here a lot. Sleeping on the floor next to Will, him in a deep sleep, whispering things I couldn't make out, and groaning quietly while jerking around under his covers before staying quiet for another fifteen minutes or so. I never realized how much I recognized his sounds and memorized them until now. I watched Will walk to his window, the sun glimmering down in the room and creating a perfect scene for my eyes. I completely forgot that we were supposed to be running for our lives. I took the scene in, Will's eyes half lidded looking up at the surrounding trees of his home. The light glimmering perfectly across his face, golden hour was upon us.

Will looked at me, grinning as he pointed up, "Look at this cloud, Mike," He bit his lip, I started walking over to him, wrapping my arms around his waist and setting my chin on his shoulder, he put one hand on top of mine and the other still pointing up at the sky. I looked up, revealing a heart-like shaped cloud that was frozen. I grinned widely, "Cute," I whispered, turning toward Will's neck and pressing two or three kisses to it. I blinked, before the lighting changed and the room was filled with objects. I jumped, Will flinched as well. Everything of Will's was back, his bed, desk, clothing, everything. "What the…" I whispered, letting go of Will. He looked around, picking up something before dropping it in what seemed to be shock.

"This is– T-This," Will stuttered, trying to understand what was happening. Will's knees started to give out, he seemed to let gravity take him, I grabbed him by his waist and pulled him into my arms. I looked at what Will was looking at, it was a drawing, a drawing he made me back in '83. He gave it to me after… Oh. My heart sank as I took in the surroundings completely. The dark blue room filled with what seemed to be tentacles, and ropes that matched the "tentacles" and the drawing was marked "To Mike, From Will, November 5th 1983." We were in the upside-down. Will was starting to have a panic attack, being in the place that started his severe trauma was not going to help. We needed to get out of here.

I picked up Will once again and carefully carried him out to behind his house, where Castle Byers resided, at least, what was left. I moved the remains around and pulled the mattress out of the wood. Leading Will to the mattress, Will laid down carefully on the bed. "Shh…" I whispered, moving his hair out of his face, he breathed in heavily. He grabbed my neck, pulled me on top of him, and he held me as close as he possibly could. "Stay close, please…" He whimpered. He was scared, I could read it in his voice, and I could hear his heart thumping loudly and quickly. I drew circles on his sides, humming a quiet tune trying to calm him down. Which seemed to work because his breathing slowed and his heartbeat was quieter than earlier, I looked up, he had fallen asleep, tears streaming down his face. I kept awake, keeping an eye out and planning how to get out of here.

–Upside-Down, Fall of 1988

I adjusted the mask on my face, the goggles I was wearing were fogging up from the heavy breathing. Will giggled slightly, helping me move my mask so my mask wouldn't fog up. I set the bat I was holding to my side so Will could get closer. "Careful Mike, you almost hit that vine." Will whispered, I bit my lip, nervously fiddling with my ingrown nails on my open hand. Will tiptoed back, I breathed heavily to see if anything would fog. It didn't, I grinned, Will grinned back when he saw my eyes smile. Will picked up his loaded gun and kept walking, I followed close behind, holding my bat over my shoulder. We kept a close eye out as we retreated back to our 'upside-down home.'

When Will and I went missing in March of 1986, we were lost in the Upside-Down and couldn't get out. Me and Will made ourselves at home in a cave-like cavern by the quarry. I faced my fear of dying at the quarry back in the early spring of '87. Will was right by my side and now we sit at that edge every now and then and stare at the red painted sky. Normally we kept our masks on when outside the cavern, but sometimes we would take them off and sit together, today was one of those days. Will put the safety on his gun and set it next to my jagged bat, he sat next to me, sitting as close as he could. He locked fingers with me, leaning his head on my shoulder. He sighed, thinking deeply. I rubbed his hand with my thumb, he grinned at the sky.

"What're you thinking about, hun?" I asked, he sighed lightly, blinking hard before responding. "I want to go home." He confessed. I frowned, hitting a spot on his thumb that made him flinch. I mumbled out a quick, "sorry, babe." before returning to the conversation. "I know. I do too, I miss Nancy and Holly like crazy. I can't imagine how much everyone misses us." I whispered, Will nodded. Thinking again, I tried to lift the mood, "They probably had a funeral for us, like we did for you back in '83." I chuckled, Will didn't move or respond. I sighed awkwardly. I took in the feeling of the slight breath-like wind blowing against our faces. Though this place was stuck in time, the weather still acted upon what clouds were left in this hell hole.

Celebrating our birthdays here was somewhat sad. No party, no friends other than each other, no cake, no presents. Will was older, his birthday landing on March 22nd, and mine landing on the 7th on April. Dustin's was coming up, and Lucas' had already passed, and so had Max's. Eleven's birthday was a handful of days before Dustin's and was coming up in days time. We had missed everyone's birthday. Did they even remember us? Did they know where we were? We had found Will within days, and yet, it's been two years, and in that time, they could've at least told us they knew we were alive. Didn't Eleven have her powers? Couldn't she look for us? So many questions that we've had to hold onto with no clear reason for why we were still here.

Will's light snoring knocked me out of the trance I was in. He had fallen asleep on my shoulder, I smiled as he kept snoring lightly. I picked him up, holding him up with one hand and holding Will's shotgun in his other hand. I held tightly onto Will's thigh, walking into our cavern and setting Will down on the stolen bed as he cuddled up to the blankets. I went back out slowly to retrieve my bat and coming back to the cavern, closing the curtains and setting the bat and gun close to the bed. Gun on Will's side, my bat near my head. Will scooted closer, pulling me close to him, staying close to my hip. Will stirred, seeming to wake slightly, "Mike?" He whispered, I sighed lightly, kissing his forehead softly before answering

"What's up, sweets?" I asked. Will grinned lightly, even in the darkest of situations in the Upside-Down, the pet names I gave Will always made him smile. Though he grinned, I could see the pain in his eyes. I nudged him, he sighed lightly, I felt his breath against my neck before he looked up. "Do you think we'll go home again? See mom, Jonathan, Dustin, Lucas, Eleven, Max, or even Hopper again?" He asked me. My expression changed as my lips curled down, forming a frown. I didn't want to answer, but I had to give this boy an answer. I nodded slowly, Will didn't seem satisfied or convinced with my answer. "We're not gonna make it out of here this time are we?" He asked, my heart sank at his question, his face seemed expressionless, like he didn't seem to care that we probably wouldn't make it out this time.

"I-I don't know, hun. We've been here for a while, and nobody has seemed to look for us." I whispered, Will only seemed to pull me closer. He was shaking, I pulled the blankets on top of us completely, warming up the poor boy. He wasn't lying when he told us that "he likes it cold" as Will explained it when he was possessed by the Mind Flayer. Will snuggled closer, hiding his face in the crook of my neck. I smiled lightly, tangling our legs together and kissing his cheek. My hand went around his waist and one down to his thigh, pulling him even closer, leaving no space between us. "I love you, Mike. Even if we die here, we'll be together right?" Will asked, I grinned to myself. "I love you too, sweets. We'll go 'Crazy together.'" I whispered, rubbing circles into Will's thighs as he flinched lightly. "Crazy together." Will whispered back, holding me in a tight grip. His fingers interlocked with each other around my neck.

I felt Will squirming before I heard a screech. I freaked out, shooting up from the bed as I saw a Demobat, I grabbed my jagged bat. I swung the bat against the Demobat, it screeched as Will clicked the safety off, shooting the bat right in the head. It stopped moving, falling to the ground. I huffed, setting my bat onto the floor, and rubbing my eyes. "Goddamn, talking about a rude awakening." I whimpered, letting my eyes adjust to the lightning. Will nodded, yawning. "It's cold." Will whispered, moving closer to me to snuggle.  I nodded, holding Will tightly. After being in the Upside-Down with no showering, no deodorant, no soap, no anything we smelled terrible. Will didn't smell too bad, he couldn't deny that I probably smelt bad, but Will didn't smell so bad.

I took in Will's smell, even though his hair was greasy, he was still pretty and his hair still was somewhat fluffy. Will put his hands in my hair, fluffing it up, we locked eyes, he smiled gently, kissing my cheek. He stayed silent, thinking for a second. "Do you remember the date?" He asked, I processed what he said before frowning. I shook my head. "Somewhere in the fall? Probably close to Eleven or Dustin's birthday?" I answered. Will nodded slowly, thinking once again. "I'm hungry." Will whispered, I nodded in response, "Yeah, why don't we get some food from my house?" I asked, he nodded, getting up from the bed I had stolen from my bedroom here. We put our goggles on, as well as our masks as we set off.

Will's gun laid on his back, on safe-mode so his ass doesn't get blasted while he's walking. My bat was in my left hand, and my right was holding Will's as we watched our step, careful not to step on any of Vecna's vines. We approached my house, walking into the kitchen, and looking in the cupboard, I sighed shakily, getting a terrible gut feeling. Will looked at me, "What's wrong?" He asked, looking at the cupboard, he sighed shakily as well, "Shit." He whispered. The room was shaking, I turned, Will pulled his gun out of its holster. "Holly," I heard an echo, turning toward Will, Will looked at me. "Holly, can you go get a spoon for me?" We heard. "I…" Will paused, I stayed quiet, listening for it again. "Yeah. Here you go, mommy," I assumed it was Holly, but how was… "Mom?" I asked. Will turned toward me before he realized something. "Oh god, I'm so stupid, we need to go to Dustin's, or Lucas'." Will explained. I nodded as we started walking quickly out of the house, we trudged toward Dustin's house, opening the door and walking to his room.

I looked down at my clock, "The Forever Clock" something I had made at Camp Know Where. I thought back to that summer, the stressful summer, coming back from camp and showing my friends the Forever Clock, and Cerebro. Nobody who had touched that clock that night made it out. Eleven barely made it out alive, Max can't see anymore and can barely walk nowadays, me and Lucas suffer from Complex-PTSD, and Will…? Mike…? Gone. Slipped from our fingertips. Nothing left but the faint music of their favorite songs lying gently in Mike's bed. I felt my face wetten from the thoughts, I reached up and wiped the silent tears away from my face. I blinked when I realized that my light was buzzing loudly. I turned and looked up at it, it was flickering, "What the hell…" I watched it slowly, as it buzzed, flickering in an order. "Dot, dot, dot," I paused, "Dash, dash, dash, dot, dot, dot." Morse code! Someone was calling an s.o.s., from the Upside-Down? I paused, looking around as I reached for a piece of paper and pen, watching the light slowly.

I wrote down the letters, I scribbled fast, trying to keep up with this person. It could be anyone, why be here? Do they know Dustin knows about this world they were stuck in? I stepped back, revealing the sentence, "Help us, its will and mike." My heart was pounding, I could hear it pounding loudly in my ears, I turned, the light had seemingly stopped what it was doing before. My breath stuttered lightly, trying to capture my breath to speak. My breathing picked up as words started spilling out of my mouth, "M-Mike…? Will…?" I asked, calling out into the void of my room. The light didn't respond before the light buzzed to life once again I scribbled on the paper once again, this phrase was longer, and I could tell Will was the one talking, from the way the light acted, Mike would not have enough patience for. My light stopped its buzzing as I looked at the paper once again. "Ruining out of food, need help getting out." I bit my lip, turning to try and break the silence, "The gate, it's closed, we closed it two years ago." My arms and legs were shaking, inside I was panicking, repeating over and over again "shit, shit, shit, shit," but trying to stay calm on the outside to not miss anything from the light.

Writing on the paper once again, the light seemed to pick up the pace from earlier, seeming to be rushed. I dropped the pen and looking at the words "Can open it again right." It seemed like a question, asking… If we could open it again? My hands kept shaking, my heart still pounding in my ear. "I…" I paused, swallowing the lingering spit in my mouth harshly, "I don't know guys, I'll have to get Eleven and Lucas a-and…" I paused as the light started flickering again. Scribbling on the paper, my breath started to settle, Will and Mike are alive. They're in your bedroom, trying to get your help. I looked at the paper, looking at the words written down on the paper. "Get others. Find us at upside down quarry." The light explained, I sighed, smiling as I thought about seeing Will and Mike again, seeing their faces, seeing them safe, here, hugging them. My legs were aching from the biking, biking as quickly as I could. I knocked on the Wheeler's door, Nancy opened it, seeming to be surprised to see me, "Dustin… What're you," She paused, clearing her throat, "What're you doing here?" She asked, I held the paper up trying to catch my breath.

I grabbed Will's waist, pulling him down and holding him close, as Dustin responded telling us that he would try and help us, try and get us out. "We'll be home soon," I whispered, kissing Will's neck, he giggled, "Almost home." Will whispered back, turning to kiss my cheek. "Come on, we gotta get back to the quarry, but before that, let's check Dustin's storage for food, yes?" I asked, Will nodded. We raided Dustin's kitchen and grabbed anything we could. We retreated back to the quarry and ate for a bit before waiting in our cavern for the others, we weren't sure how long it would take for them to find us. Will's eyes flickered open and closed. He was fighting sleep. He did not want to fall asleep.

I chuckled, taking off Will's goggles and mask and leading him to the bed. "No…" Will argued, I rolled my eyes. "You're sleepy, get some rest." I argued back. Will dragged me with him, "No, Will," I exclaimed, Will brought his hand to my mouth, cutting me off. "No. If I'm sleeping, then you are too." He explained, pulling me closer as I laid on his chest. I sighed, accepting my fate in Will's arms as the cold air pushed against my face. Will fell asleep quickly, snoring lightly as he did, and gripping onto my hair lightly as to not let me get away from him, so I fell asleep holding onto Will's waist. Our weapons were near our limp bodies, I reached to pull the safety on Will's gun. Better safe than sorry or dead. My eyes started fluttering close as Will's snoring helped me fall asleep as I dreamt about a nice hot bath and warm food in my stomach.

"Mike?! Will?!" My body was numb, my fingers tingled as Will squirmed under me. I groaned. "Stop…" I whimpered out, trying to get comfortable again, but Will kept moving, "Mike, get up!" Will explained, I opened my eyes, squinting at the light coming from the drawn curtain that wasn't closed completely. "Micheal!" I heard, I recognized that voice. I flinched… Mom? I got up, Will and I looked at each other before scrambling for the curtain, seeing people scattered around, not totally in sight of our temporary home, but they could definitely see us now. We stared at each other, flabbergasted at the fact that we could see each other. I started running toward my mom and sister. Will toward his mom and brother. Everyone stayed quiet as we all gathered together and hugged tightly. My mom sniffled before giggling, I lifted my head, "What?" I asked, she started laughing, the tender moment seemed to be ruined by my mom, "You stink, really bad, Micheal." She giggled, everyone started chuckling and laughing, "You too, Will" Joyce remarked. We looked at each other, rolling our eyes together.

Our family and friends lead us out of the hell hole and into the bright and sunny world. The sun was hot and bright, making me almost flinch at the feeling of the air being so hot. Will did too, we looked at each other, smiling as we were home. Going to my house and looking in the mirror in the bathroom, my ragged hair rested past my shoulders, Will's nearly reaching his shoulders. It looked wonky, but it was Will and anything looked amazing on him, but the hair had to be cut, on both of us, and then, a bath. A nice warm, bubbly and soaking wet bath, something we both had longed for. Will's fingers touched my face, touching my scars, "Jeez, we're really messed up, huh?" He asked, I giggled, nodding lightly. I took the scissors off the counter and started helping Will cut his hair.

His hair was fluffed up and it wasn't straight like it normally was, it picked up curls as it nearly hit his shoulders. I wasn't a professional at cutting hair, but neither was Joyce and she still cut his hair. I still gave him a bowl cut, but let it go down over his ears as it curled. It took me about ten minutes, then Will took the scissors from me and started on mine. He cut off most of it, letting the rest of it fluff up from me not straightening it for two years. My hair was extremely curly and when I went to reach for straighter to let it heat up, Will slapped my hand. "No, leave it like that. It's cute." He said, taking off my blue sweatshirt that he was wearing and throwing it to the ground, revealing his bare chest covered with scratch marks everywhere. Cuts, burns, bruises and even still open wounds were everywhere.

I snaked my hands around Will's waist, touching every mark and bruise. Will flinched when my fingers touched. "Sorry," I whispered, Will nodded as he flicked the water on, starting to fill the tub. Letting go of Will, I took off my shirt, hovering it over the bathroom counter as I stared at my slim body in the mirror. Compared to Will, I was a skeleton. My ribs were starting to poke out, and my hips dived into my hips, exposing my hip bones. Will's gaze met my chest, realizing how skinny I was, he looked at himself then back to me. "Mike, Jesus." Will whispered. I nodded, "Come on, I wanna eat something hot, I'm gonna need it." I joked. Will rolled his eyes, slipping off the rest of his clothing. In all honesty, Will's body was amazing. I loved everything about him, every nook and cranny. It was amazing how someone so small could have so many curves. Even considering our  circumstances, he was still amazing and perfect. My body could use some work, but I still liked how I was shaped.

I shimmied off the rest of my clothing and stepped in the hot water. Feeling the burning sensation on my feet stung as I lowered myself completely and Will joined me, bringing a cup into the bath. He turned to face me, scooping water up using the cup and pouring it on my head. I gasped at the feeling of the water on my head. Will giggled, scooping up more water and pouring it on my head once again. "Will!" I giggled, rubbing the water out of my eyes and snatching the cup from Will. Scooping more up in the cup and gently pouring it on Will's head. His mouth was held agape, not completely surprised by my actions, but surprised at how hot the water was. I scooped up the water, pouring it once again on Will's head and wettening it as much as I could. I reached for the soap and poured a generous amount on my hand and set the bottle down. Setting my hand onto Will's head and starting to scrub. Bubbles covered Will's head, soaking into his hair and starting to clean his head.

"Close your eyes." I whispered, grabbing the cup and scooping more water. Will obeyed and closed his eyes. I poured the cup on Will's head, repeating my action three or four times before all the soap and washed out and landed in the tub. Will did the same to me, but used more soap and poured more water on my head. I used a small amount of conditioner to pull the tangles out of his hair. I washed that out of my hair and he put a bunch of conditioner in my hair. Washing it out, he chuckled very slightly. "What?" I asked, chuckling into the question. "I didn't think this would've been the first thing we did once we got back." Will explained, smiling. I smiled, "Well, it's nice to feel clean for the first time in two years." He smiled at my response, nodding. Once we were done scrubbing off all of the Upside-Down's gunk, we got out and dried off. Cleaning up the stray hair that was scattered all over the bathroom floor. Will took some of my clothes, wearing my Hellfire shirt which was, somehow, big on him. He also wore a pair of my sweatpants and I wore the other pair, identical to his black ones on him, but gray. I also had my maroon sweatshirt on, keeping me snug and comfortable.

We walked carefully down the stairs, revealing the group of people we had missed dearly. They were all talking to each other, quieting down, and turning when they realized we were there. It was awkward for a second before I spoke up, "Ahem, uh, what did we miss out on?" I asked. Everyone looked at each other before Dustin cleared his throat. Pointing his hand toward the couch across from them. Will and I sat down carefully, glancing at each other before looking at Dustin. "I suggest holding onto your asses, this is gonna get wild." He exclaimed. Will scooted closer to those words.

Dustin explained a long and angsty story of them losing us one night, trying to find us for two weeks, trying to find us in the Upside-Down but somehow missing us, finding Vecna's burnt body lying in my house, closing the gate and presuming we were dead, trying to move on, Dustin telling everyone that he talked to us through his lights, opening the gate again, searching for us, finding us and bringing us back, and closing the gate once and for all. Will was gripping my wrist tightly, trying to hold on for suitability, barely holding himself together. I reached over my hand rubbing his fingertips, his grip loosened. My mother approached me and rubbed my shoulder, "But, we're so glad you boys are back, do you guys need anything else?" She asked, I looked at Will, he shook his head, I turned toward my mom, "No, but thank you, mom," I smiled, she smiled back.

My mom sat next to me and put her hands on my knees, trying to find the right words. "Vecna is…" She bit her lip, looking up at me, what she was gonna say was gonna shock me or Will. I knew it, I could see it in her eyes. "Vecna was my brother, Henry." She managed, my eyes widened. "You were…" I paused, seeming to be choked up in some way. Probably from the past trauma caused by… My uncle? "You were a Creel? We're related to a killer?" I asked, my mom was quick to react, "Were." She corrected, nodding her head, "But yes, we were." She confessed. My breath was shaky as I processed the information. Will gripped my knee, trying to capture my attention. "Mike, it's okay, chill out, he's gone." Will whispered, I nodded, it felt like my heart was sinking, my face was numb, heart rate started picking up.

"I think…" Will paused, keeping his eyes on me before he turned toward the rest, "We're gonna get rest, we've been really missing a comfortable bed, we'll catch up later, sound good?" He asked. He sounded echo-y, like he was a yard away, far away, I looked at him. He took my hand and brought me to my bedroom. He closed the door, turning toward me. "Are you okay?" He asked, my breath was heavy, breathing out in huffs as I looked around, trying to adjust to the change. My breath shook, "I-I…" My legs started to give out, collapsing like a building with a weak structure. Will grabbed my waist, pulling me up and holding me close. "Jesus, Mike? Hold on," He paused, dragging me over to my bed and settling me down. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion, "It's okay, hun, I'm here, I won't leave. Ever. Vecna is gone, you can relax, relax…" Will whispered, my body adjusted, relaxing at Will's touch.

His hands moved up and down my body. Relaxing every nerve in my body, the tears that had been seemingly sneaking down my face seemed to slow as I looked down at Will. He was in between my legs, my thighs relaxed around his. He laid on top of me, drawing circles in my side. I let out a shivery breath, putting my arms under his and grabbing his upper-back. He looked up at me, "You okay?" He whispered, I slowly nodded. "I'm here for you, love. I love you so much." My lips twitched up, curling to a smile. Will reached up and cupped my face, wiping my wet face. "I-I love you too, thank you…" I replied, Will's mouth twitched up as well, forming a smile. He leaned forward, kissing my lips, he stayed still, my hands gripping his sides, his hands cupping my face. His mouth kept a grin against my mouth, my mouth twitched up one last time, smiling against his grin.

I watched the shorter boy on the swing, his hands folded nicely in his lap as his feet pushed him back and forth. He was staring off into the distance, watching the other kids play together rather than with him. From what I've observed, he seemed to be shy, I guess. I walked slowly up to the boy, observing his slow movement on the swing. My feet hit the dirt of where the swings were. The boy must've realized I was there, because he turned, glancing at me before returning his gaze, flinching when I cleared my throat, "Hi.." I whispered, the hazel eyes of the boy locked eyes with my eyes. He blinked, processing that I was talking to him, and not someone else. "M-Me?" He asked. I nodded, "Yeah, hi." I smiled, giggling lightly. His mouth curled to a small grin as he blinked again, "Hi…" He replied.

"I'm Micheal, but you can call me Mike." I smiled, he smiled back, mirroring my wide grin as he realized I wanted to be his friend. "I-I'm William, you can call me Will." He replied, his feet still pushing himself ever so lightly. I blinked, this boy was actually really pretty, but what I think he needed right now, was a friend… As do I. "Do you…" He paused, pausing as if he was in a dramatic scene. "Want to join me?" He asked nicely, he moved his hand toward the open swing next to me. I nodded, "I-I would love to," I whispered, taking the swing next to him, and sitting down gently. I wrapped my hands around the chains and moved slightly. "So," I paused, smiling as I turned toward Will, he moved his head slightly toward me and looked at me. "What do you like doing for fun?"
