After sending the direct message, Hendry waited for another two days.
However, there was no reply from Kaylah. Hendry didn't know if Kaylah didn't read the messages at all or if she didn't want to reply.
Either possibility frustrated him.
In the past two days, Alondra kept calling him.
Hendry couldn't completely ignore Alondra. He answered the calls twice.
Alondra first asked some unimportant things and then nervously asked if she had done something wrong. After Hendry said no, she began to sob again.
Hendry was upset by her crying. He didn't understand why she cried.
Alondra was idle in the hospital every day. She had been taken care of all the time. If she wanted anything, a nurse would buy it for her. Other than being trapped in the hospital, she was supposed to be quite comfortable staying there.
