Hendry sneered.
"I want to protect her now, but she can't even admit her mistakes. If she goes to the police station and apologizes to Kaylah, maybe this thing will end here."
"Isn't Kaylah your woman? Can't you control her?"
Hendry sneered self-mockingly.
"Dad, have you forgotten that we divorced a long time ago?"
Chris stopped talking.
If Hendry didn't mention it, he would have forgotten it. It had been too long since he had cared about his child.
"We'll find another solution. Why do you have to send your sister to the police station? This is a scandal."
"You are ruining her. Do you know how many bad things she has done? If you go on indulging her, Cecilia will be ruined by you sooner or later!"
Edith didn't like what she heard.
What did this mean? As a mother, she was blamed by her son.
