"Dr. Keppel?"
Dr. Keppel said in a muffled voice, "It's me, Ms. Delgado. I have almost taken care of Alexia's child. His condition is completely stable. He should be able to get out of bed normally in a month."
Kaylah recalled the child's appearance and her eyes welled-up for no reason. "Well, you've had a hard time, Dr. Keppel."
"Saving people is what I should do. In fact, I should thank you. There are not many people like you who have a good heart."
Kaylah chuckled, not caring about Dr. Keppel’s compliment. If she took the initiative to find Alexia and was willing to help her child, then she was quite happy to be praised so much. But her initial purpose was wrong. She intended to threaten Alexia with this matter.
