After listening to Alex's instructions, Adrian went to the kitchen.
Out of the corner of Elsa's eye, she noticed him.
Even though Elsa hated Alex very much, Adrian was his cousin, after all, and he was a cute little boy.
Elsa lowered her guard against him and asked in a gentle tone, "Kid, what are you doing in the kitchen?"
Although Adrian had listened to Alex's instructions, he had almost forgotten about it in the blink of an eye.
He immediately returned to his normal self, becoming as impertinent as usual.
"I just came in to take a look. This shouldn't be a problem, right?" said Adrian.
Adrian was not someone she hated, so Elsa was usually patient.
She said, "It's okay. You can look at it however you want."
"Oh, that's good," replied Adrian. Then he put his hands in his pockets, like a supervisor inspecting an employee.
"By the way, what do you want to eat? I'll make it for you." Elsa asked patiently.
