When Anaya returned to the company, Jayden was already waiting for her in the reception room.
Anaya walked in with a professional smile. "Jayden, I've made you wait for a long time."
Jayden had a pair of gold-rimmed glasses on his nose. He looked elegant and polite. "No, I just arrived."
Anaya sat down opposite Jayden. "I heard that Mr. Helms comes too. Why isn't he here?"
"Mr. Helms went to the restroom. He'll be back later." Jayden got to the point. "Ms. Dutt, I heard that you recently bought the land of East Boston. Mr. Helms is very interested in the construction project of East Boston. I wonder if you would be willing to give Prudential Group a chance to cooperate?"
"It's my honor. Of course, I can't refuse. But..." Anaya hesitated for a moment before asking, "I wonder if Mr. Helms invested in Riven Group purely out of interest, pity, or something else?"
Jayden was slightly taken aback, not expecting Anaya to ask such a question.
