Tristan stood in front of his own building and watched Sammy's car drive away. He snapped his fingers and whispered, "I have a question."

Tristan spoke as if talking to himself.

"Mr. Quain, what can I do for you?" the figure asked.

Tristan asked in confusion, "In the martial artist ranking system, what level of power do you possess?"

"I am at the peak of the Earth tier," the figure replied.

Tristan asked again, "And what about the Mechanic?"

The figure answered, "The Mechanic reached the peak of the Heaven tier ten years ago. Heaven, Earth, Black, and Yellow are the levels that most underground powers use to classify martial artists. However, within our King Dragon Sect, the Heaven tier is only the beginning, and there are many people stronger than the Heaven tier."
