As soon as Tristan walked in, he could sense Javier's attitude and had some guesses about what was going on. Hearing Javier's words, Tristan shook his head, "Mr. Green, it seems like there's been a misunderstanding."
"Misunderstanding?" Javier scoffed. "You're not the first one, but you definitely have the thickest skin. I've already made myself clear, yet you pretend not to understand. I didn't save a seat for you, but you still went ahead and found a place for yourself."
Tristan smiled and said, "Mr. Green, Cypress asked me to pretend to be her boyfriend, and she brought me to meet you. Our relationship is like a transaction, and I've already done what I needed to do this afternoon. Meeting you is my right, and from a businessman's perspective, this is my profit. No businessman would give up their profit just because of a single sentence, right?"
Javier couldn't help but take a longer look at Tristan.
