The commercial space on the first floor of the Oceanic Building was not for rent.

After leaving the paint shop, Tristan called Grace to help the other party set up more successfully. He instructed Grace to convert the business room into a rentable space, but the rent would be increased by 50%.

Tristan did this simply to make Zenith Co. Ltd. bleed more money.

What Tristan didn't know was that his decision would cost Cecelia so much more money.

The rent for the Oceanic Building business room was already ridiculously high, and with an additional 50%, it was almost on par with a first-tier city.

Tristan glanced at the time and returned to Heaven Club, where he briefed Scarlett and Helen on what to pay attention to next. Tomorrow, Tristan would head to Riverside, and he expected to make the round trip within the same day. However, to avoid any unexpected incidents, Tristan still made some extra preparations.
