Chapter 24 Set Up a Stall

"This is a resignation letter!"

She widened her eyes, full of shock.

"What? Give it to me."

Abert said as he walked over and took the envelope away.

The time on it was ten o'clock last night, which meant that the envelope was placed here last night.

"Trent..."

Abert read the full letter and felt even more guilty about Trent.

"Stop crying! What are you crying for? Be a man. You are in the HR Department, not a place for you to shed your useless tears. Get out of here."

Seeing Abert's reddened eyes, Laura inexplicably got a bit flustered.

Why did Trent suddenly resign?

Did Barton really do something to Trent?

Before Laura could figure out the ins and outs of the situation, a woman in a casual dress walked into the office.

"Laura."

Laura looked over and smiled. "Kiley, you come. Quick, kick this trash out."
