Chapter 30 It Cost 20 Million to Save Gavyn

"Do we have a new chef?" Gavyn asked.

The housekeeper was stunned and looked troubled.

In the past three years, it was Aylin who had been cooking. How could a chef be allowed to cook? He thought that Gavyn would not taste any difference. He did not expect to be exposed so soon.

The housekeeper sighed and said, "No, this is made by the chef. In the past, Mrs. Delacruz cooked. Therefore, it tastes different."

No woman had ever been as attentive as Aylin to Gavyn.

Aylin knew that Gavyn hated her. Most of the time, she did not eat with him at the same table. And she didn't tell him what she had done, just to make him feel comfortable eating.

When Aylin cooked, she prepared for the entire afternoon.

She knew that Gavyn had a weak stomach, so every dish she prepared was to nourish his stomach.

The housekeeper had already seen the wounds on Aylin's hands more than once, but Gavyn had never noticed them in the past three years.
