Gavyn's presence was so strong that, as the auction was about to begin, all the guests had to take their seats. A cheerful waiter then whisked Waylon away with a smile.
"Sir, please follow me."
Waylon wailed in his heart, but he couldn't really scream out loud. All he could do was glare at Gavyn with contemptuous eyes!
Aylin watched as Waylon was dragged away, his expression of grief and anger strangely amusing.
But.
What on earth has gotten into Gavyn today?
Aylin frowned and glanced at the man beside her, who appeared calm and composed, showing no signs of embarrassment or awkwardness. As the auction was about to begin and everyone had already taken their seats, it was too late to change seats now.
Aylin averted her gaze, deciding to do her best to ignore Gavyn beside her, and focused intently on the stage.
Out of sight, out of mind.
As long as Gavyn stays quiet, she can try her best to pretend he doesn't exist!
