After regaining her freedom, Alina immediately ran toward Braden, who was at the warehouse entrance.
"Braden, how are you? Are you hurt? Where's Tracy? Don't tell me you came alone?"
Ignoring the injuries on her body, she steadily held the man's arm and looked around for Tracy.
"I came alone."
Braden's voice was cold and emotionless.
"What? You came alone? How did you do it? Are you really not hurt?"
Alina could not imagine how a blind man like Braden could have made his way from a mansion tens of miles away to this out-of-the-way warehouse that lay on a dangerous terrace.
"It doesn't matter. Tell me where Shirley is."
Braden's deep eyes were hidden in the darkness as he questioned the woman in an urgent tone.
"Do you love her that much?"
