Chapter 14 Ex-Boyfriend's Appears 

"I still can't believe that you're actually going to travel alone for the first time after becoming an actress," Miley said dramatically. 

Nichole could only chuckle. "It's not like I'm leaving forever. It's only to Germany and only for a little while anyway."

"It might have been different back then, but now you're a public figure, Nichole. A lot of people recognize you, so I'm worried about your safety." Miley hugged Nichole's arm, unwilling to let go. 

"You should have just accepted the bodyguard Mr. Nathan gave you," she added. 

Nichole frowned. "Does he know that I'm going to Germany?"

"Not really," Miley replied quickly as her hug slipped away. 

"I smell something odd about your answer. Let's be honest, what did you say to him when you asked permission for my cut?" 

Miley took a few steps away from Nichole in case Nichole exploded.
