Chapter 36

edit, "Did you not come back last night? Where did you go? I called you in the morning, but you didn't pick up," MK asked me in a deep voice. His tone was flat, but I could sense his anger.

"MK, let me ask you again, who are you? Who are you really?" I asked coldly.

MK remained silent for a moment, then sighed. "I will tell you in the future, but not now."

I sneered and said, "I have given you a chance to be honest with me, but you didn't take it. I already know who you are, so there's no need for you to pretend anymore. I won't believe you anymore, so don't waste your efforts trying to deceive me." I paused and said firmly, "Listen carefully, our deal is over. Don't come looking for me again."

After saying that, I didn't want to hear anything else from MK. I hung up the phone directly. After hanging up, I realized that my face was itching. I touched it and found that tears were streaming down my face without me even knowing.
