Chapter 115 Something Is Wrong With Freya

  Kingsley's POV

Late at night, I abruptly woke up. Freya lay asleep in my arms, but she wore a persistent frown, suggesting that her sleep was far from peaceful.

Leaning down, I tenderly planted a kiss on her forehead. However, as soon as my kiss landed on her forehead, Freya's long legs suddenly lifted.

As I was about to reach for her restless legs, Freya's foot kicked forcefully, connecting with my chest. Unexpectedly, this sent my half-kneeling body tumbling off the bed, landing on the carpet.

Regaining my senses and climbing back up, I found Freya standing on the bedroom balcony.

Outside, the evening wind was bitterly cold, and despite wearing a robe, I felt chilled—much more so for Freya, clad in a thin nightgown.

Approaching her, I asked, "Freya, what are you doing?"

She stood frozen on the balcony, her gaze fixated below.

Just as I moved closer, Freya gripped the cold parapet and leaped over it with a flip.
