Chapter 64: Spouse on the Same Stage

"Monica Baldwin, enough is enough; don't climb any higher, or I don't know what Arianne and my sister might do to harm you. Do you really want to be hurt all over?" Nathaniel Hanson pleaded hurriedly, facing Monica's retreating figure, "Turn back, stop seeking revenge."

Monica didn't halt; she found Nathaniel's words ironic and ridiculous after all the harm he had inflicted upon her.
