Chapter 438: A Unique Voice

Arabella Vanderbilt took a couple of steps forward, but Abigail Hemsworth didn't follow.

"Aren't you coming in?"

Abigail Hemsworth looked up and over at her, her body swayed as she tried to move her foot, yet it remained rooted to the spot as if it had grown into the ground.

Arabella Vanderbilt's eyebrows furrowed, "Other than today, you'll never have another excuse to come here under false pretenses."

After saying that indifferently, she walked toward the classroom building.

Abigail Hemsworth hesitated for a moment and, finally, stepped forward, following behind Arabella Vanderbilt.

As they neared the corridor, the sound of the piano became clearer and clearer.

Arabella Vanderbilt paused at the door, turning to look back at Abigail Hemsworth, whose face had grown somewhat pale.
