Back at home, Scarlett Glenn threw down her bag, sat on the sofa, and let out a long sigh, "Now, this is truly home."
Ethan Herd instructed the fifth sister-in-law to carry the luggage upstairs.
He walked over to Scarlett Glenn and wrapped his arms around her, "Why?"
"Before, you were not my husband, so living here felt like I was just mooching off of you."
"It doesn't matter, now the property certificate is in your name, you're the real homeowner."
Scarlett Glenn touched her chin, "So, what you're saying is, if you annoy me in the future, I can kick you out to sleep on Main Street?"
Ethan Herd hugged her tightly, "Wife, please be merciful, I'm penniless now."
Scarlett Glenn patted his head, "So, you need to be obedient, sensible, cherish your wife, strive to earn money... don't make your wife angry, and don't go messing around outside."
Ethan Herd nodded earnestly, "Got it."
