"I said I'm sorry, did you hear that?" Zhu Fangyue yelled out, without a shred of sincerity in her apology.
"The one being slandered isn't you, is it so hard to apologize?" Qin Jiale wasn't willing to let Zhu Fangyue off so easily.
She had come to realize that you cannot give some people an inch, otherwise they just take you for a pushover.
"Fellow student, let bygones be bygones. My daughter has apologized, can you not persist?" Mrs. Zhu could not sit back and watch her daughter being berated.
"Auntie, from beginning to end, you've been here. You should have a clear understanding of what happened. As for whether this is my fault or Zhu Fangyue's, you can decide." Qin Jiale voiced her thoughts, unwilling to suppress her emotions any longer.
"You..." Mrs. Zhu wanted to rebut Qin Jiale's words, but just as Jiale stated, her daughter was the one who started the argument and accused someone else of being a thief.
