Chapter 217: I Created Myself

In H'el's memory, it was clear that he had consciousness from birth, emerging from the womb of the Genesis Chamber with memories from before.

He had grown from infancy to his current state as an adult soul, with thoughts and ideas.

Once, he had spent endless days and nights on Krypton, feverishly studying knowledge, planning to save Krypton, and leave it.

He never had the desire to play with other children.

He never had the desire to play with these children.

H'el's eyes filled with anger as he slapped his childhood self into a mist of blood.

On the distant playground, children were playing happily, completely unaware that one of their classmates was missing from a corner of the playground.

H'el felt the faint connection between himself and the boy, time linking them, connecting them, but... he wasn't a time traveler!

He was his past self.

But not entirely himself.

The Flash looked on in astonishment as H'el killed his childhood self. In that instant, he breathed a sigh of relief, and yellow arcs flickered under his feet as he ran to Batman's side. The speed force wrapped around him and Batman, rushing towards the outside world.

However, as the Flash attempted to reach the edge of the mental temporal stasis space constructed by H'el, it was as if he was subjected to tons of pressure. His super-fast figure appeared slowly, as if his speed was drastically reduced.

The arcs flickered irregularly and slowly, bursting out from the Flash, who struggled to escape. Veins popped on his face, and arcs emanated from them. With every muscle in his body, he tried to run away.

The entire space suddenly shook, and the Flash, frozen at the edge of space, was shaken away. The yellow arcs dissipated, and his body spewed blood mist into the air.

H'el reached out, grabbing the bloodied Flash, holding him by the neck, his eyes narrowing with suppressed anger. "What have you done?"

"I... haven't... done... anything."

The Flash's spirit shrunk, his eyes blurred, his face pale, blood streaming from his mouth, dripping onto H'el's wrist. He struggled to respond to H'el's question.

"Is that so? I'll ask you again, what have you done!"

H'el's face was cold and ruthless. He reached out with his other hand, seizing the horrified Batman, his fingers slowly exerting pressure on Batman's body.

Batman endured the pain of shattered bones, his face contorted, his mouth tightly closed, enduring all the agony.

H'el tilted the Flash's head, shaking him awake from his daze, letting him see Batman.

In a daze, the Flash saw Batman's plight and suddenly snapped out of it, coughing up blood, painfully pleading, "I... really... haven't done anything, don't hurt him!"

H'el used his telepathic powers to invade Batman's mind, searching for their cooperation experiences with The Flash, Luthor, and Black Adam.

From Batman's perspective, there really wasn't time to do anything else.

They were directly brought to Krypton by The Flash, determined the location of Kandor City, rushed over, and immediately hid in the slums. Through The Flash's search, they found H'el's childhood location and came to kill him directly, with Batman shooting to resolve young H'el.

From Batman's perspective, there was no time for anything else.

But when The Flash entered his speed force mode, he could do a hundred times more than Batman could in a year.

Batman's perspective couldn't be trusted.

H'el showed no mercy, his large hand squeezed, and Batman's armored body was crushed into his flesh, rolling into a ball. He couldn't help but scream in pain and fell into unconsciousness.

"Stop!!" The Flash's pupils dilated, fear evident in his voice. "I really haven't done anything. The speed force told me you're a non-existent person. Your presence here allowed the speed force to grant me the ability to rewind time. I really haven't done anything else. Please spare Batman."

H'el squinted his eyes with fury, his mind flashing with immense computational data streams.

A non-existent person? Shouldn't exist?

He looked to where young H'el had been turned into mist, into death.

H'el did feel a connection with young H'el.

But indeed.

He is not my childhood self.

The speed force is right, this young H'el, growing up, will be another H'el, but he is not me.

And now, I exist here.

So, I am a non-existent person. Time travel, going back to the past, can't find my existence.

So, my existence will not give birth to parallel universes because I shouldn't exist in any universe, not counted among them.

At the same time, coming here, I can't go back to the future where I had Cery, the Zero Ship, and the many mechanical bodies I created, and the new Krypton I established.

Unable to go back, everything I built will disappear.

I am locked here!

H'el's face turned ugly, he clenched his fist, Batman's head was squeezed into a ball, his brain matter and everything mixed together, Batman's armor compressed and shrunk, directly flattened into a ten-centimeter ball by H'el, rolling on the ground.

"Batman!!" The Flash weakly screamed, unable to accept what he saw, too shocked, crying in sorrow, unwilling to accept the truth, and passed out.

H'el released his grip on The Flash, his eyes flashing with intense thoughts, intending to find the source of his existence.

He was like a ghost, unrecognized by this universe, no past existence of himself.

So what about the self in his memories from the beginning?

He had truly experienced childhood, hidden ambitions to save Krypton, form a revolutionary army, clone Krypton's elite, deliberately let Jor-El find him, exile him into space, escape the deadly explosion of Krypton, and survive to this day.

Those were experiences deeply engraved in his memory, vividly felt and real.

From childhood, youth, adulthood, and even now, he existed with complete experiences.

And now.

He found out that he had never existed from childhood?

Even with his super brain, H'el couldn't calculate what was going on with himself.

It's as if his existence was just a dream.

Was it someone else's code?

Was it a page of a comic book?

Was it a novel?

Was it just a few words?

"No! I create myself!" H'el's eyes flashed with ruthlessness, he firmly pressed his left arm with his right hand, tearing it off directly. His telepathic power penetrated into the torn left arm, beginning to reconstruct and improve it according to his original genes.

Finally, he transformed the left arm into a child, implanted it with his memories from before he transmigrated, and threw it back onto the playground.

"All of this, must start over, to complete the loop!"
