Chapter 240: Another Universe

After determining the general direction of the Trisolarans, H'el returned to the Zero Mothership on the moon with Kara.

H'el wasn't afraid of the failure of the conquest of the Three-Body Universe, nor did he care much about the losses in the Three-Body Earth, as long as Zero was safe, he could accept it.

Zero was the one he had the deepest connection with. Even if she died in the Three-Body Universe, she would return to the AllSpark and be resurrected by H'el's psychic power, with no worries.

He was more interested in seeing how far Zero could go in the Three-Body Universe. H'el's expectation of her was that she could replace the greatest god-level civilization in the Three-Body Universe, the Zero.

After returning to the Zero Mothership, Kara went to seek advice from Cery.

After inspecting all the cities and setting the general direction, H'el was very satisfied with everything he had created and established.

His power was progressing towards the direction he had been striving for, little by little.

To stabilize all of this, Speedforce was needed.

H'el lifted off the ground and flew through the cold corridors of the Zero, where most of the biological and physical research had already been arranged on the surface and divine realms of New Krypton. There weren't many people left on the Zero Mothership, making it seem deserted and cold, without the previous hustle and bustle.

Flying through the corridors, he arrived at the laboratory where the Flash was imprisoned.

The Flash was imprisoned in a superconductor isolation chamber, unconscious, occasionally stimulated by researchers to activate his cell activity and extract his speed force for research.

H'el gave birth to an infinite number of parallel universes with the speed force, making himself the source of the other H'els, firmly established in this universe.

But what he brought out from the vortex was not enough, including Cery, the AllSpark, Zero, and other lives and objects created by him, which did not belong to this universe and were difficult to survive stably in this universe.

As H'el brought back more and more from the vortex, this universe would become more and more unstable, and one day it would be crushed by this universe.

There was no reaction from the universe now because what he brought out was still too little. For the scale of the universe, the material of one or two star systems would not disrupt its normal operation.

But there were warnings from the speed force's reaction.

One day, the huge machine gears of the universe would grind relentlessly because of a walnut stuck in its gears.

That walnut was everything H'el brought back.

H'el had to make arrangements in advance to preserve the power he had established.

To avoid being mercilessly crushed and become a part of it was the best way.

And Speedforce was the target H'el had to conquer.

"Your Majesty..."

Professor Kindar, upon seeing H'el's arrival and exchanging greetings, couldn't help but furrow his brows deeply, his flexible eyes as calm as a lake, his expression serene as he reported to H'el:

"The research situation isn't looking good, Your Majesty. Aside from some progress in our research at the Fortress of Solitude, we're currently unable to make any further advancements in understanding the Speedforce."

Frowning deeply, Professor Kindar was very puzzled. Based on the high-speed movements of the Flash, they knew that the speedforce was a power with immense acceleration and protection. However, their research only revealed some primitive kinetic energy transformed into lightning-like arc radiation reactions.

This phenomenon completely overturned Professor Kindar's understanding of physics.

Even if it overturned his understanding, based on the external manifestation of speedforce, logically, there should have been some progress. There might even have been some resistance.

Regarding their research, Professor Kindar hesitated and said, "Your Majesty, it seems like there's a force behind Speed Forcethat's refusing our investigation."

Speedforce gave Professor Kindar the impression that it was being controlled, that it was selective, and that it acknowledged certain individuals. Only with its acknowledgment could one utilize its power.

This fifth force of the universe, the power of time, was not something ordinary people could research.

H'el waved his hand, and the white walls of the laboratory projected research logs, forming a book. H'el's fingers swiftly scrolled through the projected pages as his eyes rapidly absorbed the research on Speedforce since his return from the past.

Clearly, the speedforce from Barry, the Flash, resisted everything from the outside world.

This was the aftermath of H'el using the speedforce from the Flash to split into the parallel universes of other H'els.

"Does speedforce choose its users?" H'el couldn't help but wonder.

From what he knew, speedforce should be like a wall of speedforce, a force of time of this caliber shouldn't have a clear consciousness.

It would only obey instinct, maintaining existence, balancing the universe, without anthropomorphic intelligence.

Because once anthropomorphic intelligence appears, even subtle thought processes can lead to errors among the gears.

Perhaps it's because of these errors that the Flash needed to be chosen, giving birth to the Reverse-Flash?

However, H'el also knew of another rumor about Speedforce, that it was created by Barry himself, who was its source.

Speedforce was created by Barry himself. When Barry was struck by lightning, Speedforce began to emerge and influence time and space. Barry was like a generator, providing continuous energy to the Speedforce with each step he took.

But now, H'el dismissed the research logs projected in front of him and looked at the Flash imprisoned in the superconductor isolation chamber.

If the speedforce was created by Barry, then it was somewhat difficult to understand why the creator of the universe's fifth force, the Flash—Barry Allen, with such great power—was now imprisoned by him.

Was the creator of such godly power so weak?

So easily captured and imprisoned... H'el found it hard to believe.

He still believed that it was the speedforce that chose Barry Allen, not that he created such a great power.

But at the same time, he had a thought: if Barry Allen truly created Speedforce, then why couldn't he create his own godlike speed?

At the very least, he must be able to use Speedforce to integrate his own dormant temporal kinetic abilities and stabilize everything he brought out from the time-travel vortex.

"Continue to monitor him," H'el replied, ordering his researchers to continue detaining the Flash, then turned and left for the deep meditation chamber of the mothership.

Since the speedforce in this universe had already been used and was beginning to resist, perhaps the speedforce in other universes could be used by him.

His space vortex never failed to disappoint.

Sitting on the meditation platform, H'el focused his thoughts.

"I will go to a universe with a speedforce, learn it, manipulate it, control it, and create it."

The time-travel vortex slowly appeared before him. H'el leaped into it, heading to another universe.
