Inside her lab Ridley is working on improving the android body of Horror Master. She's adding better CPUs made out of crystals, redundant field generators, equipped with a digestion chamber able to digest any material and transforms it into energy or building materials, recharging the energy cells and to repair the body if damaged. The body has a covering of biomaterial similar to human skin giving the body the texture and suppleness of a standard human female body. The body can also assimilate electronics and metals to help repair and upgrade the body, intergrading the technology into the body.
Ridley also created an electromechanical brain allowing Horror Master to think at speeds that are between nano seconds, gather all the information around her and react to light speed objects, analyze an enemy's fighting style and effortlessly dodge any melee and energy attacks. She also place the brain deep within the heavily armored chest, to prevent someone destroying the body that way easily.
Ridley looks over the power cores, each being placed in a different section of the body. All of them are able to function independently from each other and be able to reattach to the main body instead of making a new one. The renewing power cores are needed to be able to power the auto repair and upgrade system she installed. The body will automatically repair any and all damage it suffers and correct any design flaws that allowed that injury in the first place, essentially rendering the body unable to be harmed the same way twice.
Reading comics of the X-Men, Ridley added the ability to adapt, the body will automatically change its structure, powers and has a vast library of data to make a strategy to counter any kind of challenge. And if it's something that hasn't been encountered before, the body will work overtime to adapt. The only way to destroy the body for good is to destroy it all at once, which she's making sure is a very hard thing to do.
"Alright that should do it," Ridley said as she turns to The Red Queen the A.I. created by the Umbrella Corporation, to run the Hive. Now The Red Queen is running the machines that create Horror Master's robot bodies. "Scan the body and save the blueprints. When it's destroyed analyze and make sure what damage the last body won't work a second time."
"Confirm," The Red Queen said.
"Now for a test run," Ridley said knowing exactly where to test the body out.

West Coast -
The town of Cradle Bay, in the state of Washington has been dying for years. Thanks to the adults of the town allowing Dr. Caldicott a tinker to brainwash their kids into being prefect members of society. Ending with the doctor and the kids all dead, after some kids who weren't brainwashed fraught back. Afterwards the young members of the town all left when they were able to leaving behind only the adults who have to face the fact that without young people, their town is doom. (1)
The doors of the school has closed down thanks to lack of students and many of the businesses have been forced to closed down. The town has tried to change its image and get people to move to the town. But the reputation of the town hating young people, has labeled the town as a horrible place to move to for anyone young. The town is now just a rest stop and a place to fuel.
In the abandon strip mall of the town, the members of Slaughterhouse 9 have been hiding out, laying low from their last rampage. Inside a makeshift lab Bonesaw is preparing to create the newest member of Slaughterhouse 9, she's preparing to fuse the heroine Mouse Protector with the villainess Ravager. The villainess had hired them to take care of the heroine for them, which they did, then they capture Ravager as they don't take orders.
Bonesaw was preparing her tools when a energy bubble traps her, preventing her from using any of her viruses or other bioweapons.
Skulker the greatest ghost hunter appears behind her. "One down 8 to go."

Outside -
The leader of Slaughterhouse, Jack Slash was walking to the restroom that still work, when two blades cut into his sides jabbing into where his kidneys are located. Jack was lifted into the air by skekMal the Hunter who had sneaked up on him from behind, using his two main arms to stab him with his blades while his two smaller arms stab into his arm pits to server the muscles that allows Jack to move his arms.
Jack was drop to the ground not understanding why his shard didn't warn him of the attack coming, like all the other times his shard protected him. (2)

Shatterbird was sitting in front of a tv when a harpoon took off her head. The harpoon was reeled back to The Deathslinger (Dead By Daylight)

Crawler heard the sound of a rattle and turn to look where it came from, his eyes lock onto a face with glowing eyes and he was turn to stone. Medusa (Clash of the Titans) with her bow ready laughs seeing how easy it was to handle one of the Slaughterhouse 9.

Mannequin was suddenly slammed down to the ground by Songbird (Bioshock) which the massive robot man bird held the smaller cyborg down. The scrapping sound of metal filled the air as Pyramid Head (Silent Hill) came into view dragging his giant knife behind him. Mannequin struggle to free himself only for Pyramid Head to teleport within striking range and swung his massive blade down cutting into the shell and into the few organs left inside the shell.

William Manton inside his van watching as The Siberian is dealing with a pack of grotesque dog-like monsters with horrible, grimacing human skulls on their necks. They all armed with a knife strapped on the sides of their heads, all attacking his projection. The door of the van open and Copperfield the Slave Hunter (The Suffering) stood with his shotgun pointing at the real supervillain. Without a word Copperfield fired and the blast tore off Mantn's head, causing The Siberian to disappear.

Burnscar was in the restroom when a massive arm burst out of the wall where the mirror is and grabs her by her head. Before she could teleport, Nemesis (Resident Evil) crush her head like a piece of fruit. And pulled her body through the small hole making sure she's dead.

Cherish hearing the sound of something happening ran towards where it was coming from, thinking it's just another hero trying to stop them. When she spotted a remote controlled toy car rolling out of one of the stores, racing right at her. The toy car blew up thanks to the bomb inside of it, sending her flying and slamming on one of the many benches in the mall. Before she has the chance to recover, a group of 4 more toy cars rolled right underneath the bench she landed on and all blew up, sending pieces of her flying.
The Skull Merchant (Dead By Daylight) looks at the remains of the last member of the Slaughterhouse 9 and to the floating magic ball being used to record the hunt. She gives a wave and walks into the portal that appeared behind her, returning home after a successful hunt.

Author's Notes -
1 - The events that happen in the 90's horror film, 'Disturbing Behavior' happen but with the Doctor being a tinker and what happen during the film got out, with news networks making it into a media circus. So the young people all left the town and the town is now a dying town as there is no young people, and the reputation of the town and the people there make it so that no one wants to move there or do business with the town.
This happens a lot in real life. Once the young people leave, the town dies.
2 - The reason why Jack is so hard to kill is because of his shard warning him and causing other powers not to work well around him. Against someone who doesn't have a shard, is completely different.
