How to cancel this marriage?
In the university car park, Gyu looked at Jinji with a cold expression.
"By the way, I'll be coming home late tonight," he said. "My colleagues invited me to a party, so don't wait for me."
Jinji, trying to hide her disappointment, replied softly, "I understand. Be careful."
He nodded, and Jinji reluctantly stepped out of the car. As the door closed, she couldn't help but sigh. Their relationship, kept a secret due to Gyu's position as a professor at the university, had weathered the test of time. Yet, there were moments when Jinji felt a twinge of jealousy, witnessing Gyu's closeness with other female professors. Despite her internal struggles, she knew there was nothing she could do.
At times when Gyu is in a sour mood, Jinji must distance herself and avoid conversation, lest she incurs his anger. Gyu had a hidden dark side that others were oblivious to, a side only she was aware of. Fearing the prospect of losing him, she obediently followed his every command.

"Waahhh, life is so unfair!!!" Miao wailed, slumping against the table.
"Seriously, the world is ridiculously small. Who would've thought Mr. Gu would end up being your fiancé?" Rael remarked.
"Yeah, I wonder if he already knows you?" Zol chimed in.
"Huhu, can we please not talk about him right now? I'm so stressed," Miao pleaded.
"But aren't you safe now? I mean, he's your fiancé, so it's okay that you kissed him. You two will probably kiss again once you get married, right?" Rael suggested.
"Eh? I don't want to marry him. I don't love him. I refuse to marry a cold-hearted guy," she asserted.
"But you'd be so lucky if you marry him. Imagine having the entire mall to yourself, and we get to shop there for free, hehe," Rael chuckled.
"Psh, I don't know if you're still my friend." Miao rolled her eyes.
"Ahaha just kidding twinnie." Rael patted her shoulder.
"Ahaha, just kidding, twinnie." Rael playfully patted her shoulder.
"Even now, I can't stop thinking about how I'll tell Xander about my situation. He's the only one I love. Why does he take so long to confess his feelings for me?" she sighed.
"Well, both of you are waiting for each other. Why don't you take the initiative? Look at me—I made the first move, my crush noticed me, and now I'm his girlfriend," Rael boasted, flipping her hair.
"Speaking of your boyfriend... is that him?" Zol pointed while looking out the window.
They all stood up and peered outside.
They spotted Rael's boyfriend with another girl, the two being affectionate and holding hands while strolling.
"I thought he was busy with their thesis. Why is he with another girl?" Miao questioned.
All eyes turned to Rael.
Anger painted her face as she clenched her fists. "Tss. That guy! He had the nerve to lie to me. I'm gonna beat them to death!!!" she declared, storming out of the room.
"Hey, wait for us!" Zol and Miao hurriedly chased after her.

"How about tonight? I hope you're free." Rael's boyfriend asked.
"Hehe, of course, but I can stay only until 9 pm." the woman answered.
The two were engrossed in conversation, oblivious to Rael's presence.
Rael halted, scanning her surroundings. Spotting a bottle of mineral water, she grabbed it and hurled it at her boyfriend.
"Ouch! Who the heck did that!" he angrily turned around, his eyes widening as he saw her. "B-Babe?"
"Babe, my foot! You said you were busy with your thesis, liar! Who is she?" she scolded him.
"B-Babe, let me explain," he stammered, slowly retreating.
"Tssss... get ready for me, you cheater!" Rael shouted.
"Waahh, run!" her boyfriend grabbed the woman's hand, and they bolted.
"HEY, COME BACK HERE, CHEATERS!!!" Rael chased after them.
"Waahh, twinnie, wait for us!" Miao and Zol continued the pursuit.
"DAMN YOU, LIAR!!! I WILL SURELY BREAK YOUR NECK!!!!" Rael's voice echoed.
A crowd of students gathered to witness the commotion.
"COME BACK HERE!!!" Rael shouted, removing her shoes and flinging them at her boyfriend.
One of the shoes found its target, hitting him on the head.

They were now at the lobby, thankfully Miao and Zol managed to separate the two before things escalated further, preventing a possible summons to the guidance office. Rael sniffled, taking a tissue to wipe away her tears.
"It's okay, twinnie. You don't deserve that guy," Miao comforted, gently massaging her friend's back.
"She's right. Don't waste your tears on that stupid guy," Jinji added, holding out a box of tissues.
"Hah! If you guys didn't stop me, I would definitely break that guy's legs. How dare he make our sister cry," Zol declared, throwing punches into the air.
"Huhuhu, I hate him! I don't want to see his face anymore. It hurts, twinnie. It really hurts!!!" Rael cried again.
Miao's phone suddenly rang; it was Xander calling. "Wait a minute," she said.
Rael nodded, lost in the whirlwind of her emotions.
Miao answered the call. "Hello, Xan?"

"Uhm, we are at the lobby now. Rael broke up with her boyfriend, and now she's crying nonstop."

He closes his eyes and tries to calm himself down, even though he's mad with this woman she's still his fiancée.

"This one is cool, it will suit him since he loves wearing suits." said Xander. He looked at the saleslady. "I'll take this." he said.
The sales lady nodded.

When they arrived at his office, he immediately sat down.
"Nothing sir, but your dad called. He said that you will have a family dinner later with Mr. Xiao's family." said Mr. Hans.
Vlad suddenly remembered his fiancée. They will meet again… will she remember him?

"Excited where?" Miao asked while taking a selfie.
She immediately posted it on her Instagram.
"You're going to meet your fiancé tonight, right?" Rael said.
Miao halted, she almost forgot about the family dinner.
"I don't want to see him" she said.
"But why? I don't think he will still remember you." said Rael.
"You're wrong, Mr. Gu has a sharp memory. And besides, what Miao's done is unforgettable" Zol added.
Miao frowned again. "I knew it! huhuhu."
"You know what Zol? You're not helping." Rael said and rolled her eyes. But her eyes suddenly sparkled when she saw the team captain of the soccer club. "Oh my gosh! Twinnie, look!" she pointed him.
"What's wrong?" Jinji asked.
They all looked at the direction where the team captain of the soccer club was.
"Hmm..Who's that?" Miao was obviously not interested.
"Eh? You do not know him? He's famous too, he's Min Park he is the team captain of the soccer club. His handsome isn't he?" Rael watched him.
"She already forgot her ex." Zol whispered.
"You have a crush on him Rael?" Jinji asked.

"Huhu I don't want to marry him. Why are we getting married so soon? And why that fucking guy didn't object?" she looked at herself in the mirror. She needs to be ugly. She opened her pouch and took out her make up kit. She put too much eyebrows, she also put too much lipstick, her cheeks were red like pocca.

She got up and went outside, she turned on the light.

He was drunk, she helped him to sit on the couch. "You're drunk."

"I'll make you some coffee." she said.
"Don't, I'll go to sleep anyway." Gyu stood up.
She helped him. "You still have work tomorrow you should drink hot coffee to remove your hangover."
"Tss. Are you telling me what to do?" Gyu got annoyed. He pushed her.
"T-That's not what I mean honey..go ahead, take some rest." she said.
"Tsk. Too clingy" he entered their room.
Jinji bit her lower lip then looked away. Gyu always acting like this when he's drunk.
She took a deep breath, locked the door then followed him in their room.
They are living together, Gyu promised her that they will get married after she graduates.
She saw him sleeping, she laid beside him and hugged him.
