Mei Lin felt the pain from her left cheek when Jinji slapped her hard.
"Do you think I didn't see what happened earlier? Aren't you tired of doing stupid things?" said Jin.
Mei couldn't believe that she could slap her, Jinji is known for being calm, they have never seen her get angry. But Mei has gone too far, when Jin's friend is the aggrieved one she will not hesitate to take a move.

"Hello Rael? Where are you? Let's find Miao she's not in good condition now." she said then ran out of the university.
She's hoping that Miao is safe and fine

Miao continued to cry as she walked down the road.
She still can't believe that Xander fooled and hurt her, she loved him so much, she trusted him.
It's so painful!
It feels like her heart was stabbed many times.
A heavy rain suddenly fell, she looked up at the sky.

As the rain poured down, tears flowed down on her cheeks again, she sat down and cried.

Vlad is on his way home when the heavy rains suddenly poured down.
He checked the time on his watch, he has a virtual meeting with Mr. Uy in Hong Kong he needs to be at home soon.
He peeked out the window.
He saw something outside.
"Stop the car!" he ordered the driver.
The car immediately stopped.
"Is there a problem sir?" Mr. Hans asked.
But Vlad ignored him, he's still looking at the girl outside sitting on the road and crying.
He was surprised to realized who it was.
"Where's the umbrella?" he asked Mr. Hans.
Mr. Hans quicky took the umbrella and handed it to him. "What are you going to do ---" Mr. Hans could not continue what he was going to say when Vlad immediately got out from the car.
"Sir, it's raining hard!" he shouted.
Vlad's face was very serious as he walked closer to Miao. What happened to this woman?

Miao's eyes were swollen but she's still crying, she had been sitting on the road for a few hours.
She saw a man walking towards her.
She looked up to see who it is.
Her eyes are dimming and blurry.
"V-Vlad ..." she muttered while staring at him.
"What happened?" he asked seriously.
But before she could answer his question she already fainted.

Miao fainted when Vlad came, he immediately threw the umbrella he was holding and carried Miao to the car.
Mr. Hans run to see what happen.
"Sir, is it Miss Miao?" he was surprised to see the young lady.
"Open the car!" Vlad commanded.
Mr. Hans quickly opened it.
"Let's go to the hospital." he ordered again.
The driver nodded and started the engine.
Vlad stared to the unconscious Miao, her lips are pale and her eyes were swollen. He wants to know what had happened to her? He hadn't seen her crying before, what he knew is Miao was a fearless woman.
Who would dare to make her cry?
He clenched his fists when he remembered Xander.
Don't tell me he was the reason why Miao became like this?

Xander was alone at the bar, drinking. He tried to call Miao but her phone was off.
He didn't expect this will happen, he wants to be with Miao forever. He loves her so much.
But their relationship was ruined because of his stupidity.
Miao is right, he kept secret from her. If he had been honest to her this might not have happened, if he had avoided Mei then Miao and him would still be together until now.
"One more beer please!" he ordered at the bartender.
He needs to find a way to get Miao back.

Miao slowly opened her eyes, her head's hurt.
She noticed that she was not in her room.
"W-Where am I?" she asked in low voice.
"Finally you're awake!" Rael said.
Miao touched her head, Jinji supported her to sit up properly.
"You are in the hospital." Jinji replied.
"W-What? How did I get here?" she asked again.
"Vlad's assistant called us and said that you're here, I think Vlad brought you here." said Rael.
Miao gradually remembered what happened, right, he saw Vlad that time.
Suddenly, her tears fell when she remembered Xander.
"Eh? Twinnie, why are you crying?" Rael asked worriedly.
Miao did not answer, she just kept crying. Rael and Jinji looked at each other.
"It's okay Miao, just cry if you want." Jinji said calmly and pats her shoulder.
Miao hugged her.
They feel sorry for Miao she loves Xander so much.

"Are you sure you're fine? Let us take you to your condo." said Rael.

Miao leaned at the car. "To us???"
"Welcome, Miss Miao" the maids greeted her.
She was surprised when they suddenly appeared in front of her, they even bowed to her.
"Let's get inside Miss Xiao." Mr. Hans offered.
She followed him.
'I don't understand. Vlad owns this mansion? And this mansion also belongs to me?'

They found Vlad at the pool area drinking his coffee and reading his magazine.
He stopped reading when he saw them.
"Sir." Mr. Hans bowed.
"Leave us first." Vlad ordered.

"Tell me, why did you bring me here?" Miao asked while standing.
Vlad drank his coffee again then looked at her. "Coz this is our mansion."
Miao stared at him in shocked. "Mansion? Are you serious? Hasn't our marriage been canceled for a long time?"
"I agreed to cancel our marriage because you said you're happy with my cousin, but look what I've found? A crying lady on the road."
Miao looked away. "D-Did you bring here just to bully me?"
"If he can't take care of you…" Vlad stood up and slowly bring his face closer to her.
Miao closes her eyes, his face is very close to hers.
"Then let me take care of you." Vlad said.
She quickly opened her eyes and looked at him again.

Vlad smiled when he saw her face turned red.
That was the first time she had seen him smile.

"Mom." Hyun greeted her mom when he arrived to their mansion.
"Hyun!" her step mom hugged him happily. "I'm so happy that you visited us."
Hyun smiled. "Mom don't worry I will never leave again, I decided to stay here so that I can be with you and dad again."
Hyun had just returned from Hong Kong, he stayed at his condo first when he arrived but now he thought of returning to their mansion to take care of his dad and step mom, they are getting older. Her mom died when he was 10 years old, he longed and sought for the care of a mother. So when her dad remarried, he did not object. He was only 17 when his dad and step mom got married. They sat down, Vlad poured wine into his glass.
"Do you like wine that much?" she commented.
"Stress reliever." he answered.
"You seems stress, even CEO have a lot of problems to deal with too." she said.

"Why don't you find a woman that will take care of you?" she said while drinking her milk.

Miao almost spilled her milk.

"If I only knew that it was all planned by Mei and Min, I should not believe at Mei from the beginning. She is the worst." said Xander.

Xander furrowed. "Married?"
Zol shook his head as he covered his mouth with his hand.
"Zol I heard it." he said.

Zol scratched his head again. "Im sorry bro but I can't tell you."
Xander sighed again. "Forget it." he stood up. "I'm leaving now, please take care of Rael."
Zol nodded, Xander left his unit.

Miao will definitely kill him if she finds out that he almost spilled her secret to Xander.

He tries to call Miao but she still not answering his call.
"Xan, finally you're home!" his mom greeted him with a wide smile.
"Why mom? Is there a problem?" he asked then hid his phone.
"Your uncle called me and he said that your cousin's marriage will be held next week! Im so happy!" she said.
"Really? That's good to hear." he said.
"Ah, you haven't met his fiancée yet, have you? Wait, we had a group picture when we had dinner together. You need to see her, she's so pretty." said her mom.
