"BES!!!!"
Miao was so happy to see her best friend Badeth, she immediately hugged her.
"Finally! Welcome back bes!" said Miao.
"Waahh I really miss you so much bes!" Badeth hugged her tightly again.
"Ah by the way bes, these are my friends, Rael, Jinji and Zol" Miao introduced them to her.
"Hi!" the three greeted her.
"Hi, Miao always mentioned you to me. Nice to meet you!" said Badeth.
"We are happy that we finally meet you too." said Rael.
Badeth smiled again, she looked at Xander. "Hi Xan long time no see."
"Nice to see you again Badeth." said Xander.
"Now that Badeth is here, let us celebrate!!!" Miao said cheerfully. "My treat!"
They all shouted with joy, they happily left the airport.

Miao smiled as she watched her best friend. After they ate, Badeth and her went home to her condo so that she could rest there.
"I heard that you are getting married and he's a rich man, I'm so happy for you bes." Badeth said smiling and hugged her tightly.
"I'm also very happy that you are now here, you will be my bride's maid." she said.
"Of course, the bride's maid must be me, I will really be upset if you take someone else." Badeth said while still hugging her.
"Pft. You know you are my only bff." She said while squeezing both of her cheeks.
"Hehe, what is his name? Do you have a picture of him?" Badeth asked curiously.
"Ah yes we have a picture together, wait I'll show you." Miao took her phone out.
She was about to open the gallery when Vlad suddenly called.
"Ogre?" Badeth asked while looking at her phone.
"Pft. He is my fiancé, I put ogre on his name in my phonebook to tease him haha. Wait, I have to answer this." she said.
Badeth nodded, Miao walked away to answer the call.
"Yes hello?"
(Where are you?)
"I'm still in my condo, my best friend came home and I let her stay here."
(Aren't you going home tonight?)
"I'll come home soon don't worry, ah I'll introduce her to you some time."
(Sure, what time will you get home? Want me to pick you up?)
"Ah no, I can go home by myself. You're already tired from work."
(Are you sure?)
"Yup don't worry about me"
(Hmm, fine. Im hanging it up Mr. Gray is calling. Be careful.)
"Yes, I love you."

"Aww how sweet, I hope someone will also say I LOVE YOU to me!" Badeth teased her.
"Hehe, why don't you look for a new boyfriend?" she said.
"Hmph, I don't want to. I only love my ex." Badeth said.
She tapped her shoulder. "I hope you will be together again. By the way I have to go now, are you sure you will be fine here alone?"
"Yup, but promise me that we will go shopping tomorrow."
"I promise, see yah tomorrow bes."
They hugged each other again.

Vlad already done with his conversation with Mr. Gray on the phone, he was about to hide his phone when he saw he had an email. He opened it and he was surprised to see that it came from his ex-girlfriend.
(I miss you so much please forgive me. I am now here in Philippines can we meet? Please.)
Vlad sighed why did this woman came back? two years ago, she deceived him. And now that he has forgotten her, she will suddenly appeared and ready to mess up with his life.
He received an email again.
(Please, one last chance let's meet. After this I will not bother you anymore.)
He sighed again.
Maybe it's time for them to have a closure.
Fine, he will give her a chance to talk to him but this will be the last time, he does not want to make Miao upset.

The next day…
"Did you like the movie?" Hyun asked as they went out from the cinema.
"Yup the movie is funny I enjoyed watching it." Jinji replied.
"Are you hungry? let's eat." said Hyun.
"Jin!"
They stopped walking when Gyu suddenly blocked them.
"G-Gyu?" Jinji was surprised to see him. "W-What are you doing here?"
"Do you know him?" Hyun asked.
Gyu immediately grabbed her hand. "I looked for you everywhere, I almost went crazy thinking about you. Come home hon, please, I'm sorry for all I have done."
"Hey let her go." Hyun pulled Jinji's hand away from him.
Gyu looked at him. "Who the hell are you?"
"I should ask you that question, who are you?" said Hyun with his serious face.
Gyu ignored him, he looked at Jinji again. "Hon please, let's go home."
"Hon?" Hyun looked at her. "Is he your crazy ex?"
"You know what? I don't like the way you talk." said Gyu.
"Aren't you two broke up already? Why are you still approaching my sister? After you cheated on her, do you think she will come back to you?" Hyun held Jinji's hand. "Let's go."
But Gyu also held her hand. "We haven't finished talking yet and this is none of your business."
"She is my sister so it's my business too." said Hyun.
"Sister?" Gyu grinned. "Jin is an only child, ah I got it, step brother? So you're acting like a hero, huh?"
"I'm not acting like a hero, I'm just protecting her." said Hyun.
"No one else can protect her except me."
"But I'm protecting her against you."
They glared to each other.
"Enough!" Jinji withdrew her hands from the two. "I want my life to be at peace, that's enough!" she ran away.
"JIN!" Gyu and Hyun called her at the same time.
"Tss. This is all your fault!" Hyun left Gyu angrily and followed her sister.
Gyu clenched his fists. "I'll make sure that you will come back to me..."

Vlad's car stopped in front of the mall.
"It's a pity that you have a meeting today, I would like to introduce you to my best friend." said Miao.
"Don't worry after the meeting I will immediately come back here to see you." said Vlad.
Miao smiled then nodded. "I have to go, bye bye!" she kissed him then got out of the car.
When she entered the mall, she saw Badeth waiting.
"Bes!" she waved at her. "I'm sorry to keep you waiting."
"Nope I just arrived too." she replied.
"So where do you want to go?"
"Uhm I want to buy new bags do you know any famous shop here?"
"Of course I know all the shops here."
"Really? That's great! Let's go now!"
They both walked cheerfully.

Vlad was on his way when he noticed that Miao had left her phone.
"Haist, that freak." he mumbled. "Mr. Hans, let's go back to the mall."
"Yes sir." said Mr. Hans.
The driver turned the car around and then returned to the mall.

Vlad looked around, their mall is so big how will she find Miao? He thought of announcing her name so that it will be easy for him to find her.

"Ahh, these bags are really pretty!" Badeth said happily as they walked with the stuffs they bought.
"You bought too many bags." Miao commented.
"Oh c'mon all I do in Singapore is to go to school and went home straight, my dad is very strict. Here, I can do whatever I want." said Badeth.
"Pft. It's a good thing my dad is not strict haha." she said.
Badeth laughed, but she halted when she saw a familiar man, she dropped the paper bag that she's carrying.
Miao got confused. "Bes are you all right?"
"V-Vlad?" Badeth muttered.
Vlad was also surprised to see Badeth. But it was even more surprising when he saw her
and Miao together.
"D-Do you know him?" Miao asked.
Badeth quickly ran towards him and hugged him tightly. "I really miss you Vlad huhu!" she cried.
Miao was shocked.
"I was so hurt when I broke up with you, I already regretted it, I can't afford to lose you!" she added.
Vlad could not speak he was staring at Miao who was now confused.
Badeth let go from the hug, she caressed his face. "D-Did you come to fix our issue? Promise I will not repeat what I did before." she hugged him again.
Miao still can't believe it, Vlad was Badeth's ex-boyfriend?
She stared at him, he also looks surprised.
"Badeth I'm not here to fix our relationship." Vlad said then looked at Miao.
"But why Vlad? I know I made a mistake I promise I will never do that again." Badeth keep hugging him.
Miao shook her head, her knees were shaking and she feels like she was about to fall.
She feels like a knife stabbed her heart multiple times.
Miao remained standing and watching them.
"Vlad please listen to me first." Badeth begged.
"Deth we don't have to talk anymore." he keep staring at Miao.
Badeth held his hand tightly.
"I-I think it's better for you two to talk in private." Miao said bravely. "I-I'll leave you two first." she hurriedly walked away.
She's holding back her tears.
"N-No.." Vlad is about to chase her but Badeth stopped him.
"Please…" she begged.
Vlad sighed then looked at Badeth.

Miao was sitting at the fountain, her tears fell. Vlad was her best friend's ex-boyfriend… the man she can't forget. The man she loves so much.
She can't stop herself from crying, it was so painful!
She grasped her chest. It hurts to know that your best friend is also in love with your fiance.
She wiped her tears then quickly called a taxi.

"We have nothing to talk about because our relationship is already over. You cheated on me, you embarrassed me in my family." Vlad said, he's trying to calm down himself.
"I have a reason why I did those things Vlad, but believe it or not you are the only man I love, no one else…" Badeth held his hand. "Please… let's start over again."
"Are you crazy? You have no idea how painful it was when I caught you with another man! I loved you but even if you kneel in front of our mansion we will never be together again!" Vlad stood up.
"I did all those things because I can't live any longer!" said Badeth.
He halted.
"I will die soon…" she added.
Vlad looked at her, he's confused.
"I-I am sick Vlad… the doctor said I have few years left, when I found out about my sickness I thought it's better to break up with you because I don't want you to see my suffering. I want you to be happy, so I hired a fake boyfriend to make you believe that I have another man. But when you disappeared I struggled even more, I love you so much Vlad and you are the one I want to be with until my last breath…" Badeth cried.
"Y-You're dying?" he can't believe it.
She nodded.
He is even more confused he wants to know the truth. If she's lying he will hate her more but if she's telling the truth how will he handle this?
It's getting more complicated now…
'Damn it Vladimir! What should I do?'

Hyun stopped walking when he noticed Jinji throwing up in the sink.
"Are you sick?" he asked anxiously.
She wiped her mouth with a towel then faced him. "Im fine."
But after she said that, she throw up again.
"You don't look fine, what did you eat?" he asked.
"I don't know, every time I wake up I always feel dizzy and nauseous. I also feel like throwing up when I smell the dishes they prepared." she explained.
Hestared at her intently. 'I hope my suspicion is wrong.'
"You and Gyu have been together for years… What if…"
Her eyes widened as she guessed what he meant. "T-That is impossible!"
No way!
Hyun held her face. "Tell me, did you do that thing with him already? you've been living
together for a long time."
Jinji remembered what Gyu did to her… her tears fell quickly. They only did it once!
"I-It can't be Hyun, It can't be!" she said.
Hyun immediately hugged her.
"I'm scared." she whispered.
If she is pregnant, and Gyu finds out about it, he will definitely take away his child from her.
"Sshh, don't be scared I'm here." said Hyun. "We need to see a doctor to confirm it."

Miao immediately hugged Rael as soon as she opened the door.
Rael noticed that she's crying.
"Did something happened?"
"Twinnie…" she cried.
They went to the living room and talked about what happened.
"WHAT?" Rael shouted. "That's unbelievable!"
Even her could not believe it.
"T-Twinnie, what am I going to do? They are both important to me." Miao asked while still crying.
Rael frowned. "Even I is confused, have you talked to Vlad?"
Miao shook her head. "No, I left them so they could talk."
She hugged her. "It's better for you to talk with him first, you also need to hear his side."
Miao wiped her tears. "You're right, because it's giving me so much pain."
Rael felt sorry for her friend, first she broke up with Xander and now her best friend is her fiance's ex.

Rael was sound asleep but Miao is still awake, she could not sleep, every time she thought of Vlad she could not stop crying.
She did not come home to the mansion, she also turned her phone off. She doesn't know how will she face him, she is afraid of what he will say… she is afraid that he will break up with her...

Vlad threw his phone against the wall causing it to break. He tried to contact Miao several times but her phone was off, she didn't come home too, he contacted her friends but they said they have no idea where she was.
"Damn it!" he shouted.
He took the glass of wine and after drinking it he threw it as well.
He asked for a medical certificate of Badeth, he even hired a man to investigate about her life in Singapore.
He will wait for the result tomorrow, if he finds out that she is lying he will do everything to ban her in the Philippines.
He can't afford to lose Miao, he loves her so much.

The next morning…
Hyun and Jinji went to the hospital to see if she's really pregnant.
"Congratulations! you're 8 weeks pregnant. +" the doctor said.
Jinji could not speak.
"Are you sure doc?" Hyun asked.
"Yes." said the doctor.
Hyun looked at het, she looks pale.
Jinji remained silent until they got out from the hospital.
"What's your plan now?" Hyun finally asked.
They stopped walking.
"I don't know yet, can we keep this as a secret, I'm not ready to tell this to mom." she said.
"Okay, just always remember I'm always here for you." he said.
She nodded.
Hyun's phone suddenly rang.
"Yes hello... what? now? ... okay, okay I'll be there."
He looked at her again.
"Is there a problem?" she asked.
"We have an emergency meeting today." he replied.
"Then you should go now, I'm fine I can go home by myself."
"But…"
"Im fine Hyun."
"Then I will call at the mansion so someone will pick you up."
"No need, when mom finds out thay I came from the hospital she will ask me immediately. I'll just take a taxi, don't worry about me."
"Are you sure?"
She nodded.
"Fine, call me right away when you get home."
Hyun said goodbye and then got in his car and left.
Jinji was waiting for a taxi but a familiar car stopped in front of her.
She backed away.
Gyu came out from the car. "Let's talk…please."

Miao was left alone in Rael's condo because Rael went to school.
She was eating cereal when she opened her phone.
She wasn't surprised by Vlad's missed calls and text messages. She opened her Instagram and he even messaged her there. She saw a message from Badeth.
She immediately called her.
"B-Bes…" Badeth cried over the phone.
"Bes what happened?" she asked.
"Vlad don't want to believe me."
Miao closes her eyes and trying to hold back her tears.
"I need you bes." Badeth said.
"O-Okay, I'll be there." she said.
She quickly took a shower and went out to visit her.

Badeth immediately hugged Miao when she arrived at the condo.
She's crying while telling her what happened.
"I love him so much bes." she said. "I don't know what will happen to me if I lose him."
Miao is even more hurt by what she said.
Badeth held her hand. "B-Bes can you help me? Convince him… please."
"B-But bes."
"B-bes… p-please."
She was about to speak when Badeth held her head.
"Bes are you all right?" she asked worriedly.
"I-Im dizzy." Badeth stood up.
"BES!!!" Miao shouted when Badeth suddenly fell down and fainted.
