The Charm

"What in the name of the goddess are you spouting?!"

The King shouted in a trembling but angry voice, he stomped his feet to his Sejin with the full intent of killing him, not caring of the approaching alpha beast in his direction yet Sejin only grinned wider after giving Levi a sign to stop. Levi snarled under his breath in response, his tail stiff and eyes alert in case the King decide to use an underhanded tactic to hurt his own son.

When the King stopped in front of the bold and assertive former crown prince, he looked down at Sejin- glowering with clenched fist and gritted teeth. With calmness and a steady nonchalant voice, he manages to utter his next sentences with warning.

"Do not speak insolence in my presence, stupid child."

"Insolence?", Sejin burst in laughter finding the sentence ridiculous and unbelievable as the King's sharp eyes only turned colder.
