CHAPTER 22: THE TOMB OF THE DRAGON

"This is it. The Tomb of the Dragon. Our goal is to find the dragon corpse. So, we might have to explore very deep into the dungeon. That going to take days and even weeks." Luna explain.

"I see. So, how deep should we go? Which floor should we find the dragon?" Haru ask.

"The deepest one." Kiara answer.

"Oh my god! This could take weeks. Well, anything for me to get out from this opposer duty. Let's go in!" They went into the dungeon and start their exploration. First ten floor doesn't give them any trouble. Haru and Konami are strong enough to take on those monster and just like promised Kiara and Luna can't interfere. They can only help if the situation is dire. Mary healing spell can even heal fatigue so it makes the exploration a little bit smoother. Eventually, they made it to the 10th floor in 4 hour. Before entering the boss room, they have a short break.

"I never knew orc meat taste so good. This is my first time eating an orc." Mary says.

"Yeah, this is kinda good! Thanks for the cooking sensei!" Haru says.

"You're welcome!" Konami reply then she slowly approach Haru and whisper;

"But doesn't the taste reminds you of wagyu beef?"

"Wait, wagyu beef taste like this?"

"Yes, why? You never eaten a wagyu beef before?"

"No."

"That make sense."

"Mr. Alan! Have some of this! This is the Flame Salamander meat. I never know they tasted this good!" Mary say while giving Haru the meat. She really acts like a children. After taking some time resting. They finally make their way into the boss room. The moment they enter the boss room, they were shocked. The boss were not there. In fact, the room was empty. They decided inspect the room.

As they moves closer to the middle, a teleportation circle got evoked. They all were put to sleep and transfered into somewhere unknown. The first to woke up is Haru. Since he has gained many ressistance againts magic after the fight with Ansha. He is all alone. He looks around expecting someone to be here but it is just him. He turned his body facing a huge black figure in the dark. Without any hesitation he call out to the black figure and ask;

"Why the hell I'm here all alone?! What do you want?!"

The black figure, feeling annoyed problaly, rise up. Standing tall. It's a huge dragon. From Haru perspective, it's as tall as the Burj Khalifa and as big as the IJN Yamato. Even it's wingspread is very big. Every time the dragon flapped it's wing, a wind as strong as a hurricane hits Haru's body. The wind even almost threw him away.

"How long has it been since human last came here? I don't remember. But if anything, I have to say that you are the rudest one of them all. Moreover, it's the opposer itself!" The dragon spoke.

"So you know I'm the opposer huh?! Well, as expected from an old dragon. You got some good intuition." Haru says.

"That is not an intuition. I know everything already." The dragon reply.

"Oh, are you some kind of dragon that can see the future or something or are you that kind of old person that can see someone fate?" Haru ask.

"I guess- No, I mean no! Why are you like this?! Why are you?!"

"I don't know, ask my mom."

"I really starting to feel sorry for the person who is fighting death trying to give birth to you."

"Thanks. My mom would appreciate that!"

"Anyway, do you know why are you here?"

"I just ask you the same question, why am I here?"

"You are here because you know too much. Human knowledge must be limited. No higher that that. You must perish!"

"I refuse!" Haru says proudly.

"That is not for you to decide, young man!" The dragon than flies upward, destroying the dungeon above. The whole town were shocked. They are all panicking.

"What the hell is happening?! Where is Ha- Alan?!" Konami asked in the middle of chaos.

"I don't know. It seems the teleportation circle sent us away from Lord Haru. Base on the colour of the crest on our hand, he is still in the dungeon!" Luna said.

"No way, Mr. Alan!" Mary shout.

Haru looks up, rubbles are everywhere. Sky suddenly turns dark. He look at the sun. The dragon is covering the sun like it was esclipse.

"So that how you wants to play? Fine! I play your game."

*Some notice:

1. Take so long to update bacause I'm having an important exam and I got a job.

2. The name Hamagawa Yuta are chaged to Hamagawa Ronin because I said so.

3. Most of the content are being filtered and censored by me because the original content are supposed to be darker. For example, Kanasawa Mio backstory. It supposed to be darker. She literally went through a lot type of shit for a month untill her personality breaks apart. All because Haru is dealing with something(will

be in the story soon).
